After getting a slow puncture at work in bishops stortford! I rang around local garages to see if they could repair my tyre so I could get home which is a 45 minute drive. No one would entertain the idea of fixing my tyre that day! ( time was 4pm). So I rang my local sts in Royston and spoke to Geoff, who assured me he would be able to help me, if I could get to the work shop before the end of the day! I arrived in Royston around 17:40pm! And I was back on the road by 17:55pm…. New tyre and all tyre pressure checked. By far the best costumer service around. This is not the first time Geoff has saved the day!! Geoff is an asset to this company, and should be used as an example to show other brunches what the standard should be.

Went to change a flat tyre,ordered a brand new one as told that they couldn't repair the flat one because the screw had torn it and when i went back in the afternoon found the brand new tyre fitted on the rim and my rim recently refurbished perfectly totally damaged by the pros,scratched,black paint out and they do not refund me the cost of refurbishment as initially told me.

Flynn was super helpful and friendly. The price {£108 less than a tyre place just up the road) and quickness of ordering was much appreciated by us. Chris in the workshop did a video to show what work was carried out. We were happy with the work and were on our way quickly. Shall definitely use this company again.

The Chesham Branch gave a fantastic service when my daughter’s exhaust fell off. I believe someone even went to collect one of the parts for the exhaust to get her back in the road the same day. The car also required 2 tyres and these were fitted at the same time.

Shocking, local to me on bath rd, no customer service, and dumb and Dummer messing around in workshop, didn't even get served will never enter this joke of a garage again

Just popped into tyre pros to check a tyre that had a small tear. They are very thorough and helpful and have a good sense of humour. Always go here. Great service. Thanks guys for the help and reassurance.

The service at our local outlet is really awful. No communication whatsoever, no response to telephone calls. I have just spent over £300 with them but that is almost of no consequence - I would hope they would treat any customer much better than the bitter fare I have been served. They just have no idea of common civility. It isn't difficult even if they are busy. Frankly if they cannot carry out the work properly they shouldn't take it. That includes communication. They may be understaffed but being polite to customers and making some effort to keep them informed isn't such a hard task, is it?

Fantastic friendly and quick service. Had a split tyre on my way to the station this morning but the team at Lichfield tyre pros had me on my again in half an hour.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I booked my car in for a wheel alignment check with Tyre Pros Halifax.

Have used Tyre Pros, Oakleigh Road, North London before. Went today for a repair to a puncture repair. Turned up without booking and they managed to repair in about 45 mins. They checked each tyre and forwarded a summary status report of all tyres, not just the one I needed repairing.
Back on the road again.

Great customer service at Tyres Pro, East Grinstead. Reece was very helpful he arranged for a puncture to be repaired straight away and ordered two new tyres to be fitted next week.

Having just purchased a new car, it was supplied, without a spare wheel which I prefer to the repair kit. Whilst I was able to purchase a space saver wheel kit, I was unable to have it complete with a tyre. I contacted Tyre Pros in Watton and, having identified the tyre size they were able to have the tyre delivered the next day and in less than 24 hours I now have exactly what I still think every car should be fitted with. Thank you for a being able to solve my problem so quickly. Very impressed

I ended up at Tyre Pro whilst on holiday due to a ceased brake caliper. Phil and his team were so helpful and ensured it was done on the day so I could get home on time. Really helpful. Heros!

Recently had to find emergency garage due to a slow puncture and luckily Tyler Pros Swaffham was closest. Very helpful friendly service despite them being fully booked. I was soon on the rest of my journey to South Yorkshire.
