I took my tyre to East Grinstead Tyre Pros just before Easter for an urgent repair for a puncture. We were going away for the Easter weekend and needed a quick fix to be able to leave. Not only did the guys fit the job in within a few hours but also did the repair for free! Amazing service, understanding and generosity. Would thoroughly recommend them for any tyre services.

Took my wife’s VW Caravelle in for a Hunter wheel alignment. Phoned up two days prior to book it in.
I asked the price and was told £71.95.
No mention of anything else. After the appointment and wheel alignment I was told “that will be £99.90. I was so shocked.
If I was told on the phone prior to booking that it was from £71.95 and then VAT to add and if the rear needs additional adjustment etc etc then I would have been aware.
In my experience never accept something that’s free …. A free alignment check for instance things a very rarely free.
It’s basically “Up Selling”

Visited the Royston branch with a loose backing plate. Excellent service fitted me in there and then even though they were busy.

I had a tyre puncture due to a nail and puncture was repaired saved me money but upon further inspection the front passenger tyre had a slit inside the ridge which was dangerous to drive and MOT would have failed, so needed a brand new tyre. Darren gave a amazing tyre price and got job done.
Darren is politely spoken and very thorough with his job.Would highly recommend Tyre Pros for car repairs, tyre replacement and Mot.

If only I had stuck to just the tyres. But no I opted for the FREE alignment check, what a fool.
I arrived at the workshop my car steering feeling good but in need of two new front tyres, both evenly worn across the tread.

I was surprised to get the phone call saying that the alignment needed adjusting, my second surprise was the price £71.95.

I questioned this and was told that they used brand new state of the art equipment which was extremely accurate and very expensive.
Well no wonder they found something wrong if everybody else is using standard equipment which is and has been perfectly ok for years.

You only get given a sheet with the out of adjustment figure in RED, and red means danger right, and then the green corrected measurement.
In my case Left front 0*04 Toe, corrected to 0*12 = +0*08 adjustment
Right front 0*23 Toe, corrected to 0*12 = -0*11 adjustment
and finally Steer Ahead -0*09, corrected to 0*00 = +0*09 adjustment
Not huge changes.

Is there not a tolerance for these settings, between two figures, that the customer should be notified of so that a decision can be made with knowledge.

If you accept the FREE check be warned you will be charged £71.95, because they can and will find what other equipment cannot, the offer is only a gift of £71.95 to the company not the customer.

Took my car to tyre pros in Stevenage in January for a full service. All was okay except when I came to collect my car I was given an invoice of work that apparently should be done, including a 2 new brake discs, 2 wishbones and a ‘special pad’. Still not sure what a special pad is but it was £120 for one. I didn’t go through with the work at the time as I just wasn’t convinced it needed doing, I know my car well and also the car had been to main dealership just 2 days prior for a safety recall and a full health check of the car was undertaken and these issues had not been mentioned!

Fast forward to today, I had my MOT at a honest and reliable test centre that I’ve used for years . I showed the technician the invoice from tyre pros and asked if he could just check the items listed on this invoice, even he laughed at ‘special pad’ and wondered what it is, even asked his colleague who had no clue.
My car passed with flying colours and the technician said that there was absolutely nothing wrong. I feel that because I am a woman, they have tried to rip me off thinking that I don’t know much about cars. Unfortunately I’ve now lost my faith in tyre pros Stevenage and I most certainly won’t be returning for any services.

Visited Tyre Pros Haslemere today with large nail in my tyre. Immediately seen and tyre repaired promptly and all tyre pressures checked by courteous and helpful staff - I could not fault them. And for no charge.
Would highly recommend them.

Have just dealt with Tyre Pros in Chesham. Excellent experience. Had an appointment on the same day. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Will definitely be using them again.

Visited acle branch on Saturday 29th with 4 caravan tyre values that had perished. Amazing service quick helpful and highly recommend.

Attended Acle, Norfolk branch of Tyre Pros and discussed with Ross replacement of all 4 tyres on my car. He couldn't have been more helpful. Acceptable quote produced, tyres were subsequently ordered and an appointment booked to fit same. Attended in good time for my 8am appointment this morning and met with technician Keiran who was just brilliant and together with a colleague had all 4 tyres fitted and vehicle health check completed before 9am. Great service all round and I'm super impressed. Thank you gentlemen.

Found I had a slow puncture on Saturday afternoon and ended up calling Tyre Pros in St Leonards as they were the only tyre garage open, which I give them kudos for. Got quoted £32 for a repair, as my wheels have pressure sensors, so I took up to them. After 5 minutes the fitter came into their office and told me I needed 4 new tyres! I knew they were low, but still legal, but he proceeded to quote me for 4 new tyres until I made it clear I wouldn't be replacing the them that day. The tyre got repaired and I paid with a credit card, but as I was chatting to him I didn't take any notice of the figure on the card machine, but thought I'd get a receipt. No, I wasn't offered a receipt, but he took my email and said he'd forward the paperwork, so I assumed I'd get it that way.
I left the garage and drove about 2 miles, thinking the warning on the dash would go off, but it didn't so I took the car back and got them to have another look. Initially they thought the sensors had to be reset, but as that wasn't the case he decided to check the tyre pressures and found the pressure of the repaired tyre was well below that required! I came away and when I got home I opened the email to find the only thing he sent was the vehicle health check, but no receipt, so I checked my bank app and found he'd overcharged me by a couple of pounds. Not much, and maybe he had a reason, but to do that and not say why cheesed me off. It all annoyed me a bit more because in their office is a plaque with a long list saying all the steps they take to ensure the customer is looked after, but they didn't do half of them! Won't bother them again.

I just left tyre pros dunstable road luton. They have a recently new manager who is very engaging and knowledgable .Great service and like for like tyres a good price .I have used tyre pro for years and will use for years to come

The manager at Tyre Pros Maidstone is polite, friendly and very helpful.

He did my tracking and didn't charge extra for a minor repair to the exhaust that he carried out.

I have used this branch several times and have always received excellent service.

Brian at tyre pro went above and beyond to fix an issue with my car that had stumped 3 other garages. He was keen to help and exceptionally professional and kind in his approach. 5 stars all the way.

I'm a driving instructor and these guys always provide a great service and get me back on the road highly recommended.

Great service and professional attitude especially Michael who assisted beyond what was expected would definitely recommend this business.

I don't know about all the branches. But Haslemere is great.
Pleased that David has returned. Such a helpful person.
I've not found better.
