Unfortunately due to the Christmas rush and postal slowdowns the earrings ordered arrived after the holidays. Having said that my granddaughter was delighted with the earrings and the added.bonus of the necklace sent by Tsuki Blade. The quality of both are excellent!

was sent a choker much longer than advertised on the site so it does not fit me. was told by the company that it was a mistake on their part and they would mail me a replacement that is properly sized…never happened and they aren’t responding to my emails. their “boxed experience” that you have to pay a certain amount to get is advertised with a gold-embossed box and velvet pouches for the jewelry, but my “boxed experience” was a plain box with crinkle paper inside with the jewelry wrapped in cellophane. not really much of an “experience” and honestly feels like a ploy to try to get people to spend more money. also noticed a pair of earrings I purchased for around $19.99 went up to $39.99 on black friday which felt pretty sketchy to me. especially since it’s nothing but a silver chain and a steel spiked ball you can buy for cheap on amazon.

all of that being said, there are also some quality issues. one of my necklaces broke in less than a month, the clickers on the earrings I bought keep getting stuck in my ears, among other things. most (though not all) of the components their jewelry are made out of are cheap bulk items you can order on amazon or shein and their “mystery bag” items are cheap alloy components that don’t last at all. a lot of the items in their catalogue can be easily made at home with some supplies from amazon and some pliers 🤷🏻‍♀️

with one of the necklaces breaking and the choker I ordered not fitting, I ended up with two necklaces I cannot wear.

overall I’m pretty displeased. I planned on spending a LOT more money with this company, but the lack of response from customer service about their mistake with my order means I will not return.

Their jewelry is really good quality I love their clip in ear pieces super comfortable to wear all day. And lov that you can mix and match it and that they offer different style to all the other jewelry companys. And the small gift and packing love it super cute. Definitely gonna shop there again 🥰

incredible metal quality. very very sturdy (as long as you don’t pull too hard, like any jewelry). it looks so delicate too, which i love. the star charm is a bit sharp, and feels fragile, but it doesn’t touch my neck at all, so i’m not worried about it. it came with a couple stickers, a candy, a coupon code, and a very high quality bag to store it in. i have a very slender neck and it fits perfectly. thank you so much tsukiblade :)

I just recently received my (probably) 4th order from TsukiBlade and bought some stuff off the Dragon Collection. I waited so long for it and I am in LOVE with their pieces. My previous orders also have been immaculate and have not tarnished at all. I'm so happy with the jewelry I got and have also gotten a lot of compliments for them. ^^

I have nothing but good things to say about Tsuki Blade. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and I usually spend hundreds of £ every year. Never had an issue. My jewellery gets so many compliments and I am often asked where I buy them from. I can't count how many times I've given customers at my work place a card with Tsuki Blade's name on it. The jewellery speaks for itself. It has never tarnished or discoloured my skin and I wear these pieces every single day. I wear almost exclusively gold jewellery and I am so pleased with the collections on offer. Every season I place a new order and there's always lots of new items and they just keep improving on each design year on year. I couldn't recommend TB more. I am able to express myself in such a beautiful way all thanks to them. I'm even referred to as the "earring guy" amongst colleagues/my neighbours. I will be a customer for many more years to come. Hand chain broke the first day I received it and then subsequently broke every day for another four days. I wasn't doing intense work with my hands by any means, walking around the house and sleeping (I don't move while sleeping) should not break a piece of jewelry. It was easy enough to repair myself but the solution from the seller was to send it in for repair, not a refund, which would've been a better option knowing I had already repaired it five times myself. It's beautiful, I'm extremely disappointed that the ring portion is the only portion I can wear now, it takes away from the dragon motif that I appreciated from the product photos. But I cannot be expected to not use my hands during wear. That's absurd. This product will work for a hand model and nobody else.

At the very least, the maker did respond within 24 hours, with no other offered solution, so 2 stars.

Beautiful jewelry! One set of earrings had a small setback on materials but they worked to solve that problem quickly and kept me informed. I would absolutely recommend buying from them!

i'm so thankful that they where packed so lovingly ( in my case halloween themed ), it made the experience of unpacking feel so special like opening a present, it made me very happy!

they are very well made, in my opinion very comfortable to wear and the weight doesn't hurt, ( it surely needs a few days to get used to it if these are your first heavier earrings ).

i will definitely be ordering again someday, and i thank u so much for those pretty earrings <3

( anyone from europe wondering about the shipping from the uk - i'm in germany, it took 6 days from placing the order to it arriving, the shipping was 6.99€, and tax was 15.89€ )

Very nice people, replaced items very quickly when they werent the right size, the jewellery itself is always gorgeous and really nice quality. Could not recommend enough.
