Love the products, the cute packaging and knowing that I am supporting a cool lady.

Have ordered a couple of times over the years and will for sure be getting more.

I am always blown away by the care that goes into package of their items. Everything comes in cloth bags to store safely (even my purse came with a bag!). The quality is amazing. I have sensitivities with jewelry and I am able to sleep, work, live in all of my pieces with zero discoloration, irritation, etc. I've ordered from them 5 times now (something they've even marked on mh cute little card I get each time!) And any time someone asks for a jewelry recommendation Tsuki Blade is my one and only recommendation I give!!! Quality, care, and affordable. Genuinely cant beat it.

The pieces are beautiful and were packaged great! Delivery arrived on time!

Incredible collection of alt jewellery and accessories to choose from. Shipping and delivery were ridiculously fast, and they arrived packaged beautifully with lots of extra special touches. I'm so happy with everything I received and can't wait to order again.

This is going to be quite a long one, so buckle up. I am writing this review mostly for international customers. Obviously, draw your own conclusions but hopefully this will help in your decision.

I have ordered three separate times from Tsukiblade, in July 2023, November 2023 and January 2026.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I do really love the pieces I've gotten and I love supporting a small business. I've worn the moon scythe necklace literally every day since buying it in my first 2023 order, I've showered with it, worn it swimming etc and it still looks new and I get so many compliments on it. I've even sent people to the website cause they've asked where I got it from.

The Immolate Variant Earring and Katana Duo Variant Earrings I got did end up tarnishing after maybe 6-12 months.

The "black" pieces I've gotten are a little more hit and miss, not sure if it's the coating to make them black but sometimes they feel a little grainy but so far haven't tarnished or leeched so it isn't a big deal to me.

All this being said, the reason I am writing this review is to put the good with the bad, for international customers (my orders were sent to BC, Canada) to really consider it before buying. For the price, shipping, tax and potential customs this is what has put me off this brand.

On my second order, I purchased (alongside other things) the Divine Binding Bracelet. However, I received the Divine Rope Bracelet instead. I did contact them, stating the mistake and asking if they wanted me to send that one back to get the one I ordered. They did eventually get back to me saying they had new Packers and that's why the mistake happened, I could keep the rope bracelet and they did send the right one too. So, not a big deal and it was taken care of. Thus, I was more than happy to purchase again from them in the future.

Since it is quite pricey, coupled with waiting for the dragon pieces once I saw those on their tiktok being sketched I decided to wait for my next order.

On January 2nd 2026, I placed my third order. On January 12th, I received news my order was being shipped. Three-ish weeks later, the shipping remained the same - label created, waiting to be picked up. I waited over a fortnight as it was around New Years, very busy and wanted to give them time to catch up on orders (they are a small business). I also know sometimes shipping doesn't actually update but the package is actually in transit. That was not it.

I reached out to the email provided on the website for contact on the 23rd of January. No reply.

I reached back out on February 12th, this time I added the email of the owner as I had received this during the debarcle with the wrong bracelets in my second order.

Finally on the 14th of February I heard back, apparently they changed managers and my email was missed, no explanation as to why my package hadn't been sent this entire time. I was assured it would be sent and "goodies" were added for the wait.

Cut to March 4th, I finally got my order. Two months later, mind you. The "goodies" added were two earrings I had purchased as singles were made pairs. And after all this time, the having to reach out, one of the items I purchased was wrong. I ordered the Knight’s Thorn Earrings in STUDS, but received hoops instead (this is one of the singles made double.. both were hoops.) Also it may sounds small but with my ear stack I had gotten them as studs for a reason, to clarify. However, that alone wouldn't have put me off but with everything combined it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Obviously, I emailed back to let them know my order was wrong, with photographs and have yet to hear back. (Stupidly, I only emailed back the email they ask you to on the website, not adding the owners email, so could be another email that never goes answered.)

This experience has prompted me to write this review. I think potentially for American buyers, it may be worth it, taking into account shipping is probably less time, price, no customs and easier customer service fixes (see quicker shipping times.)

For international, I would really consider if the pieces are something you really want and factor in potential mistakes and potential long, long wait times for pricey orders. (If you ever get a response from them.)

I've decided to unfollow them on tiktok and email. Maybe in the far future I'll look again to see new items but for now I'll be looking for other small, alternative brands to be loyal to instead.

Again, make up your own mind on whether it will be worth it or not to you. (Two stars because I do love 90% of my items, sans the ones that tarnished. But for price, customer service, correctness, shipping and customs they lose out.)

I've ordered a few pieces now and have had excellent service for every order I always love how carefully everything is packaged and how I can track where everything is thank you all for the amazing work you put into curating each piece

Designs are really nice but the charms seem to be of poor quality. There's a 12 month warranty but the dagger charm on my Dagger Duo earrings as well as the star charms on another set of earrings from the Dreamscape Mystery Bundle tarnished and turned black/rust coloured after about 1.25 years even though I've only worn them 3-4 times each and have kept them in a jewelry storage compartment. The hoops and chains themselves do seem to be actually stainless steel and haven't tarnished but I found the hoops to be irritating to my earlobes. Overall you would be better off getting titanium hoops and DIYing with higher quality charms.

Great company and beautiful jewellery! I ordered during a sale and got some super cute freebies. The jewellery seems solid and they accommodated a wish of mine about a 4-set of earrings :)
A necklace came damaged, unfortunately, but I spoke to customer service and they were brilliant! I was given a few different options of how to solve it, and I'm very happy with everything :)

Payment and communication went well, the tracking app helped me quite a bit. The only downside about this experience is the waiting. I had to wait for almost a month (Jan 20 - Feb 14) for my order to arrive (although can’t really complain too much since I’m in Aus) Overall, great product and experience, just wished that delivery was a bit quicker.

I absolutely love my Tsuki Blade pieces and wear the jewellery every single day! There is always a piece that works with any outfit, whether I’m dressing up or keeping things simple, the designs are so versatile yet still feel so unique and statement worthy. I constantly get compliments and random people asking where they're from.
The jewellery itself is incredibly comfortable to wear, even for long periods, and the metal quality is fantastic. Nothing feels flimsy or irritating, which is really important to me as someone who wears the same pieces daily! The pieces are lightweight and delicate without feeling low quality or easily broken.
One of my favourite things is the packaging when they arrived! It's always so on point with the aesthetics, so thoughtfully put together and genuinely makes opening an order feel special. Everything is beautifully wrapped safely and presented so well, filled with lovely little touches, including cute extras, free sweets, and bonus items when you spend over a certain amount. You can really tell how much care goes into every order. For such a small business, they really go the extra mile.
Shipping has always been smooth, and overall the brand just feels personal, creative, and customer focused. Customer care are always super friendly and helpful whenever I've needed to reach out!
Tsuki Blade has become a staple for me, and I honestly couldn’t imagine my jewellery collection without them. I’ll definitely continue ordering on the up coming collections as there is ALWAYS something that I know I need whenever any new pieces come out!

I was so impressed with my order from Tsukiblade! I had ordered a bulk amount of items from their sale, with some items for my wedding, and others for more casual use. As part of their deals at that time, they also included an extra set of earrings, a necklace, and a charm for free, and I was incredibly impressed that their extra earrings matched the clasp type (clip-on) that I had requested for the others in the order! They also included a thoughtful note, and the overall packaging and presentation was incredible. I would 100% order from here again!

The items I got (royal blood stud and the dagger stud) were amazing! They look so beautiful and you can tell that they care about their customers by giving them a 'thank you' note, microfiber cloth, as well as a little treat! I highly this company for jewelry and other accessories!

Quite possibly the worse business I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. I bought earrings for my sister as a christmas present before christmas, and what was listed on the actual product listing and my checkout confirmation was that this was going to be shipped out in 1-5 days. I emailed them a little while after inquiring where my order was. They then said because it was the holdiay season, it would be 7-14 days. Now, I understand that becuase of the holiday season, shipping can be delayed. However, this "7-14 day" shipping time was not listed on the product listing and on my order confirmation. They don't even have the IT knowledge to update their shipping information. They created a label on the 30th, and it wasn't even shipped out until january 6th. Terrible quality and not even worth it. Don't do business with these people. There's a reason they don't have a review section on their website, they're too cowardly.

I had an issue with shipping due to living in an apartment that has a courier service. I lost my order number and was worried that my delivery, which was a Christmas gift, would be lost to the void of the US Postal Service. Fortunately, I got same-day responses from Tsuki customer service. They helped me get my order number, track it, and re-deliver it once it had been returned to sender by USPS. Their response time was speedy, kind, and resolved my issue, which is everything I’d want in customer service. I’d highly recommend this vendor

I have ordered from them three times now and the items always arrived pretty much on time and in good condition. I never had any issues with the jewelry staining or anything. When I had an issue with items arriving faulty, I was given a free replacement.
Depending on your country though, you have to pay hefty duties on your order, I once had to pay about a quarter of the order's price as additional fees.
All in all, I can definitely recommend this shop, just calculate the shipping fees beforehand so you don't get a 40€ surprise like I did.

I bought a few pieces this Christmas for both myself and my sister as a gift, the flail earrings, dagger earrings, katana earrings and sakura choker. When they arrived they were all so beautiful I was so happy with them! Unfortunately one piece came in gold which I had ordered in silver, but when I reached out to customer support they responded in only a few hours and sent out a new pair the very next day! And I received the new pair only about 2 days later! They were so helpful and quick to respond and fix it and I love all the pieces I got and my sister loves them too and hasn’t taken the choker off since I got it for her <3 I’m so excited to buy more and I’m keeping my eye on the flail choker when it drops to match my earrings :D thanks for the help and you guys are awesome!
