I've ordered 4 items and all of them have been consistently great. I really appreciate the quality, durability, and appearance. They also come with a small bonus gift. The first time I got an extra necklace and candy.

I got 2 mystery boxes/sets and I love them! All the pieces I got are great quality, and the care instructions are super helpful as well.

Fast shipping, great jewlery.

Each piece was packaged separately in very nice storage bags that are great for traveling. I ordered a few pieces for a wedding at a renaissance faire and they are amazing. The halloween mystery set was really fun. Everything feels really well made and gives a feeling of beauty and strength. I am already looking at stuff to add to my next order.

Beautiful accessories and great quality! Tho they took a long time to arrive (shipped from US to EU) and were more expensive than what i was expecting (the shipping fee PLUS customs fee...) just be mindful of that! The accessories were worth it!!

The shipping took kind of a long time. I liked the bracelet though, it was very pretty.

Decent quality for the price, impecable packaging and great care in dealing with the costumer.
Only issue is its UK based, so additional tariffs may be applied and delivery times tend to be longer than expected (waited almost for a month)

The jewelry was such great quality and there were so many options to choose from I didn’t feel like I had to settle for a piece but chose exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a pair of earrings and they are beautiful and I even got a micro fiber cloth no charge to clean them with. In my hand you can feel the jewelry is real and not cheap or fake. I love this style its like femme fatale but still minimalistic and clean and tasteful but unique.

Bought an earring set a few years ago and it’s still amazing!! Just bought a jewellery mystery bundle and it’s all so gorgeous! Really nice quality and really quick delivery considering it’s all made to order

Took a little bit for it to ship and I didn’t receive any emails with updates about when it would be ready until it was finally being shipped out. It’s not a big deal but if you have a time limit as to when you need a product maybe do it early just in case. Otherwise great product!

Excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry!

I received some jewelry that began to tarnish after about a month, so I emailed them about this issue. They let me know that the jewelry I ordered was part of an old, out-of-commission set that wasn’t completely made of stainless steel, and they remedied the issue by sending me brand new jewelry from their completely stainless steel set right away! I was so pleased that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product and replaced it free of cost. Plus, the jewelry is STUNNING. I am happy to continue being a Tsuki Blade customer after this wonderful experience :)

EDIT: The shop owner reached out to me after posting this review and was very diligent about getting to the bottom of what went wrong. They were very transparent about explaining they hired new staff recently who may have been responsible for assembling my order, and were very understanding about my initial disappointment. They were very sweet to offer a more experienced member of their staff to assemble a new bundle for me and I was extremely pleased when I received it and saw it was exactly what I had hoped to receive from the start. My thanks goes out to the shop owner who clearly cares about their customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with the speedy resolution we came to!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered two mystery bundles, which comes with the risk of not liking exactly what you get, and I understood that risk being taken. However, I was at least expecting to receive jewelry that was like the other pieces sold from this shop. The charms matched the vibe, but what didn’t was the beads added to every piece that was in my mystery bundles. None of their products I’ve looked at had these matte, clay like beads on them. I don’t know why these were thrown on when none of their other pieces I’ve seen uses them, but I unfortunately really dislike them. I also got what feels like dupes, two phone charms with the exact same design and the only difference being one has another bead and the other has a smaller charm. I wish I could say I was more pleased with my purchase because I’ve wanted to buy from this shop for a long time, but I have to say I was very disappointed.

Excellent service,arrived promptly, lovely packaged. My granddaughter loved the necklace and earrings. Will certainly order again.

Great pieces and quality. it did take awhile to get as I had placed my order on the 12 of July but I messaged them and they were able to have it shipped the next day although I do think they should update the shop app regarding tracking since it doesn't keep track all that well. I do plan on buying more jewelry in the future and if it does take to long for my order to be shipped, I do hope customer service doesn't mind me bothering them again about it if it happens.
