Order T9113 ebikeR2002

I purchased an R2002 electric bike on 12/16/25 from this company for my son as a Christmas gift. The bike motor made a grinding sound and would not operate on 1/2/26 (7 days) after riding it. The only way to reach customer service or technical support was through email with a team based in China.

After I contacted support and was asked to send serial numbers, photos, and videos. After a week and a half of back-and-forth, and repeated promises of replacement parts, they said they would send a replacement motor. Mind you this bike was still within the 30 days warranty period of a FULl REFUND.

They assured me on 1/12 they shipped the replacement part. They provided a tracking # on a Chinese website (track718). The website notes the part shipped on 1/12 from China CA to Vernon CA on 1/14 and has not been updated since. Today is 1/22, I reached out for support and keep being told they will have logistics update the information. I called the logistics company and they recommended asking for a refund.

Are doing research I found out the website (track718.com) is frequently reported across multiple sources as a tool used by fraudulent online sellers to generate fake tracking updates. Scammers use it to show plausible-looking progress (e.g., "In Transit," "Arrived at Regional Hub," eventually "Delivered") for packages that were never actually shipped, delaying complaints and making refunds harder (especially after chargeback windows close).

This did not make sense If this company shipped the purchase bike FEDEX.

This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. Do not buy directly from this company. If you really want one of their bikes, buy it through Amazon or eBay so at least you’ll have some protection and customer support.

Roo2 was really surprising

Roo2 was really surprising, it wasn't the actual speed, range, or a specific cool feature about the bike, it was how any mental barrier for getting outside to exercise or get some sun disappeared.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unsafe Product & Poor Support

I had a very disappointing experience with TST E-Bikes.

The bicycle was delivered with missing parts, including the seat extension and pedals. In addition, the throttle was malfunctioning, and more seriously, the cruise control does not disengage, which is a major safety hazard and makes the bike unsafe to ride.

Despite weeks of communication and full cooperation on my part, the company:
• Delayed the resolution repeatedly
• Changed their position multiple times
• Refused to provide replacement parts unless I paid extra
• Blamed the situation on a payment dispute instead of addressing the product defects

I was asked to send videos and photos, which I did, only to be told later that they “could not open them,” resulting in further delay and no solution.

At this point, the bicycle is disassembled, unusable, and unsafe, and no proper resolution has been offered. The customer support experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and exhausting.

I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing, especially if safety and after-sales support matter to you.

This review is based entirely on my real experience and documented communication.

Regarding the technical and support concerns you raised, our records indicate that a payment dispute was initiated and was ultimately unsuccessful. While our warranty is designed to cover verified manufacturing defects, we cannot proceed with complimentary after-sales support while a payment status remains in this state. For any future parts or components you may need to get your bike back on the road, they are available for purchase directly through our store.

On the service side, we hear your concerns about communication. We are actively working to improve our media review process and response times to ensure videos and photos are processed without delay. We want every rider to feel supported, and we are constantly refining our internal training to provide a more professional experience.

Great customer service

We were missing the seat post clamp, when we reached out to customer service with our issue and they received the proper photos they sent us the missing piece very quickly (less than a week). The bike itself is such a fun ride and my son enjoys being on the back very much, we rode along the Monterey coastal trail with ease. Very happy with my purchase

Great bike. Brought an ebike before. But I didnt like ot for what I need to do daily. But the tst r002 is perfect I love it. Does what I need and still have battery left. By time im done with my day. Great product. 👍

I am amazed

Wow, I'm sold... TST’s customer service is the reason I ultimately chose to continue with the TST R002 eBike. After running into several issues trying to purchase it through Amazon, TST’s direct team stepped in and made what was supposed to be a big Christmas surprise for my son actually happen.

I fully understand how hectic this time of year is for companies, yet they still found a way to resolve my situation, find a solution, and followed up on every email I sent quickly. That follow up really helped, giving me the confidence that they were truly trying to make this all happen. And they did it, even in these final days of the holiday season. With so much competition in the eBike market right now, TST truly earned my business through their outstanding customer service. It makes all the difference in world, and thanks to their direct team, my son will have a HUGE surprise under the tree Christmas morning. Thanks again so much!You made my Christmas this year!!!!!

Purchased both R002 and GT63 and so far…

Purchased both R002 and GT63 and so far the Orange R002 has been one of my families new favorite toy. Wife, kids and the dog loves riding it around our complex. We cant wait to bring it somewhere else where we can have more fun with it I am sure of it. Very comfortable and can go long distance without charging it. The mini dirtbike GT63, currently my son is still getting the hang of it, the first thing he said was it is fast way faster than his old electric bike. We are taking it to the dirt this weekend for more fun activities. BTW we had some questions on the bikes when we ran into assembling it, the support team was very helpful and resoponsive to our needs.

Good bike for the right price

Good bike for the right price. Got a cargo and the moped version. Cargo bike is great, the moped had some issues but the company has been helpful about making things right. I’d recommend the Cargo bike to a friend.

Outstanding customer service! They caught a mistake with the shipping address and followed through until they reached me personally via phone call and fixed the problem right away to make sure that the bike made it in time for Christmas. Very impressed with their professionalism.
