Waiting for my TST bike
I been waiting 9 days for my TST mountain bike I can’t get a hold of anybody I have the tracking number and I payed for an app (parcel) but still nothing I am completely at wits ends I read all these reviews about customer being great I don’t see it at all the bike was supposed tobe delivered today or tomorrow and I haven’t even got a text telling me it’s on its way very disappointed

My Honest Review of the TST R002+ ebike
Bought my TST R002+ on October 18th, it was delivered in less than a week.
Installation was straight forward, had to install the back tire, handle bars and connect 1 wire. The combo of their Install video and instruction manual was sufficient.
Right out of the box I unlocked to class 3 on the app providing a max speed of 28mph. Without charging the battery i was able to get 20miles out of full throttle and not pedaling once.
Distance per charge greatly increases when using pedal assist and not just full throttle the entire time, but let's be honest full throttle and not pedaling is more fun.
Customer service has been great for me, from emailing their team asking for specs for any customizations I want to do to the bike, to their Facebook group, specifically Jules and all her help. Im able to get an answer typically within a few hours.
I primarily ride mine offroad, one thing id suggest if you're going to do that, is filling your tire to 16-18PSI so you dont get a pinch flat from over inflation and a rougher ride. Becuase of that I had to replace my back tire tube but it was 100% my fault.
Tube replacement was straight forward, ive never changed a bike tire before this but after a generic youtube video I felt like a master bike mechanic. The back bolts were pretty tough to get off, which I appreciate for saftey.
Another recommendation for anyone who buys one after reading this, is every few rides just tighten everything down, especially if youre going to use it roughly.
Overall im a huge fan of this bike, ive recommended it to several people already, and after a few rides, im ordering one for my wife since she wants to steal mine. Its fun to ride, it looks cool, the battery capacity is great, and customer service hasn't let me down.

This is a follow up to my first review…
This is a follow up to my first review as I do not feel comfortable with how things have progressed.
I boxed up the first damaged bike and called FedEx to schedule a pick-up. It was a lot of work getting such a heavy package boxed up in a way that will keep it in tact during transit.
I then received an email from the company asking for more pictures - of the boxed and labeled bike and a suggestion that my refund will come with "gentle adjustments." Does that mean I am being penalized for the return? I have most literally spent over 5-6 hours on this entire ordeal so that fact that I would be given less money than what I paid for a damaged bike is disturbing.
And now I have a second bike that seemed in good condition until the very end of another few hour assembly at which point my husband realized the derailleur was damaged when the gears got shifted and the bike unusable. When I sent an email to the company they sent me a video of their engineer showing me what to do using a tool neither of us have ever seen and which was not included in the shipment. I told them this to which they suggested I bring the bike to a mechanic. They also are requesting more videos and pictures. I refuse to spend another minute on this - especially when I haven't even been refunded for one of the bikes. I have now purchased two damaged bikes and continue to be sent task lists from the company. Totally unacceptable. I am requesting my refund for both bikes again, and will continue to do so here. This is outrageous.
Great Bikes for the price
I purchased the combo package and got 2 bikes. They arrived fast and have worked great. To get the maximum range I wouldn’t put them over PA 3 otherwise that battery will drain a lot quicker. Highly recommend m. Also customer service as been top notch.
