We are sorry you feel this way but with many clothing company sizing charts are just a loose guidance and they mostly rely on arbitrary numbers as opposed to actual measurements, so when purchasing clothes online it may come down to a lot of trial an error as all sizing guides/ Charts are not the same. With that being said, we are sorry you feel this way as this we try our best to make sure every customer is happy with the service, but it seems we have failed you on this occasion and we apologise.

terrible customer service, i ordered in december and never received my item until now. the owner is rude and doesn't respond to any emails or messages. my friend ordered from there and her clothes came ripped
