100 percent scammer company

100 percent scammer company !

On FB they advertised their fashion products at half the market price citing reasons such as store close down / clearance sale. No ordered product arrived in February 2025, after an initial tracking email which was fake also. After contacting the company via email due to delay in supply of the ordered product by two weeks they provided a false pretext of staff bereavement. Nothing delivered ever after that and ripped off a UK customer of his money.

Obviously a scam

Obviously a scam. With hindsight the price was too good to be true I suppose, but everything about the site worked seamlessly and appeared to be the real deal. Not an expense I can live with comfortably. This review will mean nothing to these hard hearted sh*ts!

SCAM!

Not even sure if you can use this company anymore but it’s a scam! Ordered boots, received email confirmation and tracking details which worked fine initially. Now if try tracking link just get error message saying link is no longer available and if try website just says website currently not available!!!

Avoid this company!!

As many people have mentioned on here, I believe I have been scammed by this company. Nothing adds up. I was given a tracking number 2 weeks ago and then nothing. There is no communication with the company (they just dont respond). My credit card says the payment was to ILC Beauty and the email address ends in @claire-london.com. I thought I had bought some Dr Marten's boots but looking at the order they are actually Marten's boots, clearly designed to fool the prospect purchaser. I use the company Shop to follow my order but they are absolutely useless too. Now I have got to wait for 30 days to pass before trying to make a claim on my credit card. Awful, awful, awful.........AVOID !!!

SCAM do not buy from

Same as everyone else, bought on line never got the goods, no contact number and never reply to emails, total SCAM do not buy from them. Should have thought that when buying a £200 pair of boots for £59.95 can't ever be true!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY. I bought this jumper in December, it never arrived and impossible to contact them. At this point they were trading as Claire-London.com which now diverts to Taylorandrobinson.com

Selling what look like Dr Marten boots

Selling what look like Dr Marten boots. Clearly have no idea what material the soles are actually made of, and why that made them famous. They state that the soles are made of rubber. NOPE.
They are made of an alloy of PVC, which was what made them comfortable to wear once they were worn in. Also, they use the term "Marten tm" Not Doc Marten as is the genuine name.

Used to be Clare-London

Used to be Clare-London, like many reviewers have said they take your money and never send goods. Thankfully, my credit card successfully issued a charge back to get my money back. They had the cheek to reach out via email under their new name, Taylor and Robinson and ask for me to reverse the charge back despite me never receiving the goods they even resent a tracking link which still showed my goods has not been dispatched! It’s an absolute disgrace that these scammers can continue to operate. Ordered 30 November 2024

Scam - do not order

Previously Clare and Claire London (look at their contact email on the website!) - if you order, you will never receive your items, it's a scam. Funnily, they have now even increased prices for the exact same items with this new iteration of the website. I ordered some jumpers in Nov 2024, trying to get my money back through Paypal since nothing was ever sent!

Avoid!!! Will take money and not send goods.

Used to be posing as genuine company 'Clare London' and SO MANY COMPLAINTS (same contact details). Not genuine. Took my money from Nov 2024, never received products, send fobbing off replies to my complaints. Now Feb 2025. AVOID!!!!

Scam company

Scam company. Take your money and don't deliver. NOT UK based. Probably from China as unable to answer emails, just generic copy and paste response.
Don't use!!!

SCAM do not order

SCAM do not order. They just take your money and you never receive your items. It’s was originally called Clare London which people have now realised is a scam so now they’ve opened as this. Absolutely disgusting. How do these scumbags sleep at night.
