SIMPLY THE BEST
Having read the reviews of the customers of TruTrak I decided to buy one of their Trackers. What did I discover? Yes you guessed it, Everything I had read was absolutely true. The Trackers are brilliant, so easy to setup, Plus the bonus is, that if you are having a problem setting it up they are at the end of the phone. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable, Nothing is too much trouble for them, and within minutes the problem you might be having is sorted. Give them a call, You Will Not Be Disappointed.

Purchased as a low cost but feature rich tracker for fitting to our camper van. The tracker arrived by next day delivery via Amazon and was well packed.
It was very quick/ easy to install the main unit and to register with TruTrak.
It was also easy to configure the reporting to send push and email alerts to my Android device. As an example, setting up a Geofence area around where we live was simple and intuitive.
I contacted TruTrak through their website chat support to ask a couple of questions relating to some of the alert settings and received very clear and helpful advice from Caitlin.
Both the phone app and website are great and provide near real time tracking of the vehicle's movements, based around Google mapping.
I think the purchase price and ongoing subscription costs for the device are excellent value for money. A lot less than some of the more expensive insurance approved tracker systems. But if you don't have a requirement from your insurance company to fit a Thatcham approved device and just want peace of mind that you can track your vehicle should it get stolen then why spend more?

After a lot of research I purchased a TruTrak FMT 100 tracker, I fitted it to my car following the instructions other than where to fit the tracker it was easy, I downloaded the app and registered my tracker as was requested in the app I received an acknowledgment to say the tracker was working, this was last Saturday February 10th 2024,
Today Monday February 12th 2024 I received an email from Shannon welcoming me to TruTrak with very useful information regarding the tracker, I also had a missed phone call when I returned the call I spoke with a very pleasant helpful lady called Lorraine she also welcomed me to TruTrak,what a great pleasure to speak to a person in this day of automation, as far as customer service TruTrak 11 out of 10 excellent. time will tell regarding the tracker but if customer service is a guide it will be excellent.

I got the FMT100 tracker for my motorbike following the What car reveiw. It was really simple to fit and hide and has been great. You can set up geofences for the main places you park and if it move out of the area you ave defined you get alerted. The customer service is also excellent. If you get in contact you get a response in a matter of minutes normally and they are really keen to help. I dont have a bad thing to say about them so far.

fitted the tracker to the car.took the car for a drive .went onto the internet downloaded the app.clicked onto activate.and it was working.so easy to set up .no problems .and it works well.i like where it shows the car battery voltage .thats is great idea if you have the car in storage.will review tracker again in two months time.also you can pay for one month or three months etc .no contract no dd . fantastic.

Simply Perfect
Amazing product and overall it feels much more expensive than it is. Extremely easy to install (plug&play level), to configure, also pretty satisfying how easy is for them to find you just by giving them two codes, and very stable and precise.
The customer support is also top notch, the second day I received a call from them asking me if I had installed it, just for confirmation, and thanked me for choosing them.
Now, this is not a downside, but some might find the app a bit outdated, in term of design and UI, but don't get me wrong, the interface is easy to use, complex and stable, it just the way it looks. Overall this is one of the best products I have ever purchased, it's nailing every sector.

I have found them to be excellent value, reliable and highly accurate ( much more so than some other very expensive trackers).
The staff are friendly, quick to respond to queries and offer practical help.
As an ex law enforcement officer of 30 years experience I believe these products are a major contribution to safety and security.

I bought a FMT 100 tracker for my camper van from Amazon. It arrived the next day, I fitted it which is super easy and rang TruTrak to register/activate it. I spoke with Jo Burton, she was brilliant to deal with. Literally set me up with the app and everything else in less that 10 mins. Fanstasic device and so simple to install
WOW, what a superb device.
Fantastically easy to install, and activate. One of the easiest devices I have ever set up.
The device only uses milliamps, so can be connected direct to car battery. It even has a notification system in the app and online to inform you is you battery goes below a certain level, for extra reassuance.
The app is really simple to use and contains so much information, as does the online, web portal.
I was called the day after installation by the Caitlan (after I missed a call from Shannon) just as a welfare call, to check if I had any questions. They didn't even try to sell me a thing.
When I tried calling Customer Services, I got straight through to a person in the UK.
Quite a small device, which is good, and just two wires for power. This could be easily fillted on anything that has a 12v battery.
The only sad issue is that because it is not remotely monitored it is not a 'Thatcham Approved (S5/C3)" device, so may not allow insurance companies to allow any discount. This is a big shame on them, because it massively reduces the risk of total loss by theft, as I can see exactly where my vehicle is.
I am extremely impressed.

I have to say the service from this company is outstanding.
I've had my tracker for a couple of years now and it works flawlessly. The setup process was simple and I love the piece of mind it offers when I'm away from my vehicle.
A couple of months ago I wrote to support because I received a notification that my vehicle had moved when it hadn't. If I'm honest, I wasn't expecting a reply for days which seems the norm for most online support.
However, within minutes, Trutrak phoned me and explained what had happened and what they were doing to resolve the issue so it wouldn't happen again. I was blown away with the service I received. Especially given that I own just one tracker and pay for service every 3 months. Hardly a priority customer you might think.
Today, I contacted support again, this time by telephone because I've just sold my vehicle and wanted info regarding removing the tracker and re-installing it on my new vehicle.
The phone was answered promptly by a real person, who was able to give me all the information I required. Not only that but they manage to do it in a professional and very friendly way. There's no making you feel like you're asking a silly question.
I can't recommend Trutrak highly enough. Their customer service is second to none. If only all companies offered this level of service.

Special mention to Gary, who was the stand out reason I chose this company. After some recent theft in the area I decided to look into a tracker for my car. I had contacted several companies for advice and quickly found I was struggling to have my questions answered over the reliability of the network. Gary went far out of his way to answer my questions, and also send me reading material so I could make the right decision. The tracker was super easy to fit and has far exceeded my expectations in terms of accuracy, ease of use and value for money. I had some questions regarding the geofence and again, Gary accessed the tracker remotely and helped set up the geofence around my home and place of work. 10/10 service and I can’t recommend them enough.
