TruTrak Pro Reviews 

Wanted to replace one of my old trackers and chose TruTrak as they have a 4G version, that is made in EU and appears to be good solid quality.
Initially I had an issue with installing/accessing the app on my iPhone, the service support was excellent. Advice worked and product installed and running well - thank you Caitlin!
From a performance point of view, the location accuracy is spot on.

Quite possibly the most efficient company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I have two cars with TruTrak systems fitted. The hardware has been faultless, the prices are reasonable, and the service has been nothing short of perfect every step of the way.
Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely amazing tracker so tiny so can be hidden easily.. installed it and then activated it within few mins was very easy and downloaded the app.. absolutely love it.. highly recommended

I have had for a year now and using it with a car in Nigeria.
Gives me complete peace of mind with the real time maps and alerts(waypoints).

Really pleased with the quality of this device but also the ease of fitting and getting it registered and up and running ,very easy to do everything online and download the phone app which works well and seems very reliable. Orederd on line, turned up in a flash, fitted it, call TurTrak, a lovely lady help me set it up, and I can't believe how spot on it is, a lovely bit of kit, should have fitted one of these an age ago, you can't go wrong with the price, and the top up price is very good, would easily recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one.

Unbelievable product and customer service. I'm an amateur car enthusiast and installed my FMC920 myself. Any issues I had at all I contacted Customer Support and was dealt with impeccably, whether over the phone or via email, 10/10. All the staff are highly knowledgable, friendly/approachable, and no question is out of bounds. They are based in the UK and I appreciated that. The product itself is a marvel and the App and Browser access to my account gives amazing insights and 'asset' (i.e. car) information. When it came to setting up the notifications in case of theft etc, Caitlyn was phenomenal, going through every setting (I was particularly impressed with the ULEZ waypoint boundaries already set up by TruTrak and how easy it was for me to create my own waypoint boundaries as well). It is early days yet, but I am confident that this product will serve me well over time and is already giving me the peace of mind I was looking for. Totally satisfied! Thank you!

I read these reviews and thought to good to be true, how wrong I was! I had a small problem with activation that I needed sorted asap, unfortunately office was closed BUT sent a message and gentleman gave me a number I could reach him on who promptly set up my account, sorted the minor issue and even allocated the number plate to the vehicle. Unbelievable excellent standard of customer service and the fmt100+ I purchased is great, with excellent and accurate data. Highly recommended don’t look any further than this product. Thanks guys

Just purchased a Trutrak 4G FMC225 tracker. Absolutley brilliant little device and the support staff are really helpfull and polite. Same I can't give them more stars.

Just brilliant!!

Have used TruTrak for probably eighteen months now, using top up devices which work brilliantly, and the service has been fantastic from day one.

One of the devices is on a car I rarely use which saw the battery run flat, got the car running again and contacted TruTrak to see what I needed to do, and within fifteen minutes Caitlin had sorted it!

Top quality customer service, reminder texts if subscription is near and courtesy calls if it lapses. No hard sell just excellent customer service, how it should be.

What a great company & product. Their customer service was excellent & they couldn't have been more helpful. Jo was the person who took the time to explain everything and who found a solution for me. As regards the product I like being in control of the tracker in that if there was ever a problem I know where I located the device and how to remove it so I don't need to pay someone to come in to remove the device etc. This system is great to use & gives me all the control I need.

Why has the FMT100 been pulled from Amazon? I was looking to buy it but it had gone by the time I tried so ended up getting one from a different company.

EDIT: A big thanks for the response to my review. So it's annoying new regulations to blame.

I would like to just say thank you very much for the help team with my tracker I am 68 years of age and I was struggling with it had a message from Dan and help me out at through the system would recommend it to anybody now working fine till the next time I have a problem which I'm sure they would help me

Impressed with TruTrak, firstly the tracker was easy to setup and the app works well. Day after my tracker was installed the called me to check if I needed any support. I contacted them a few weeks later with an app question and they responded within a few hours.

Well your product was recommended to me by a friend that specialises in computer systems.

I must admit that it was super easy to install and "hide" on our boat. It is instantly producing a real time location for our boat and I have been super impressed with the unit and the system...

My friend and I, on installing the tracker, were also very impressed with your efficient and friendly manner, when we phoned up to activate the tracker. Also, on asking questions you redily answered all of them and had the time to run through things with some older slower operating brains! We were very impressed and I have subsequently easily managed to start the subscription.

Please could you kindly pass on this e mail to your supervisor as a way of gratitude for your being so good and kind at your job with a couple of the older generation people, who perhaps take longer with these "modern devices".. Your patience and efficiency was very much appreciated.

I recently bought an FMT100 for my new vehicle, & have been so impressed with the ease of fitting & the feature-set Trutrak's website & iOS app provide. These include creating a 'geofence' in my neighbourhood, so if my car's stolen/driven away from the property, I'll be alerted immediately on my phone as well as receiving an email. I'm also grateful for additional features such as 12v battery-monitoring & customisable message-alerts if the voltage drops below my specified level. The thing that's prompted me to write a review, however, is the SUPERB customer support that Caitlin at TruTrak has given me, from kindly setting up my user-account over the phone – even before me connecting the FMT to my yet-to-be-collected car – to answering my follow-up queries. I'm so impressed, I've just bought my brother an FMT100 for Christmas. The (relatively small) cost of the device & subscription fees are more than justified by the excellent product & customer-support provided, even during the free 14-day period of services prior to subscription. Unreservedly recommended!

Great product for very good and affordable price. Definitely recommend without any hesitation.

Well, what a breath of fresh air! Dealing with a British company who answer their phones. We've just taken 5 units for our small fleet of vehicles. Firstly, very competetive in terms of purchase and monthly charges. Secondly, next day delivery of the units and all the help and advice for installation and set up (thanks Jo, you're an absolute star!) we're just at the starting phase but all units deployed and already producing highly accurate data. We mainly use the units for advising our clients where the vehicle is and estimate an eta and mainly using historical data to produce retrospective cost analysis data. You can't sell something without knowing how much it costs you!Also of course it's a great security tool which will advise if a vehicle is leaving a waypoint without your knowledge, even it's on the back of a low loader! All in all fantastic customer service, no high pressure sales (you don't have to sell a good product hard, it does it all by itself) and a UK contact number which is answered promptly by the very knowledgeable staff. I am happy to put my trust into TruTrak to help me through the stress of running a haulage company in the current operational climate. Don't hesitate, speak to TruTrak.
