I’ve been using Trutrak trackers for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I have two trackers, and they’ve been absolutely reliable throughout. The accompanying app is user-friendly, and the pricing is unbeatable—definitely the best deal I found online. What really sets Trutrak apart is their exceptional customer service. They respond quickly and are always eager to help with any issues. I highly recommend Trutrak without hesitation.

Have used TruTrak for many years and recommended to friends and family for their vehicles can't rate them enough the FMT100 is such a brilliant device so easily configurable and so easy to use can be setup for motion to which is brill, I recently upgraded to the FMT200 and had alot of Technical issues with this device which caused alot of anxiety and frustration for myself, I rang Trutrak up amd spoke to Caitlin who was brill she was so calming and put me in contact with her General Manager who called me back later on that day (First company I know who actually calls you back and wants to help you as a customer) and apologised and replaced the FMT200 with the FMT100 which was brill as I was alot more comfortable with that and when the FMT200 was fixed and efficient i could then upgrade again to that device, a few names I'd like to mention mainly Jo Burton she has helped me from day one whether it's on the phone or via email always able to fix any issues straight away and inform me of any changes she is a credit to your company I can tell you, Waiting only spoke with the once aswel as a few emails very knowledgeable and so calming again she is a credit to your company, and also Bob who I only spoke to once again He is a credit to Trutrak I'll continue spreading the word with regards to Trutrak so far ice had 3 friends place orders and recently fitted their trackers and have said how quick easy and simple the installation is and so reasonably priced too aswel as my parents who are using them for their vehicles keep up the good work the negative reviews if there is any clearly your just too good for them

Used them for about 3 years. 5 vehicles all fitted with FMT100, now converting them to the magnetic, none battery draining GAT23. Superb devices, superb service. Customer service is top notch. The GAT23 goes to sleep, but wakes up if slightly moved, therefore, longer without charging the 5000mah battery, hence, brilliant.

After chatting to Gary and Tasha a Tracker was supplied and later fitted on my driveway by Roger, such a knowledgeable and efficient man who discussed where to install the device.
I did experience an issue with the tracker freezing and the support given ensured the fault was cleared within 24hrs.
I spoke to Trisha who took the time to patiently talk me through how to set up and customize different parameters of the app via my laptop which was really helpful. It’s now been a week later since the install and it has frozen again!
Support is open Monday to Friday so I’ll update the review again once I have heard from support on Monday
Update:
The tracker is now working very well and the initial teething issues remedied. My review has been upgraded to 4 star.. it would have been 5 had it worked correctly from the initial install

Purchased the tracker from Ebay. It took 5/6 mins to attach the positive and negative wires to the battery and after downloading the app which was very easy the unit was up and running. The location of my car was spot on. Received a phone call the following day to check everything was working OK. Brilliant piece of kit with outstanding coustomer service. I would highly recommend this tracker and company. 5*

Had an issue with my Tracker, messaged TruTrack & Natasha responded and walked me through checking the basics. Once this was done Natasha then updated my software and rebooted the tracker.
Very happy to say all working now.

I have several of these devices for personal use, I cannot fault them, accurate real time tracking via the app. They are really easy to install and set up.
I have recently purchased one of the newer 4G models which I have fitted in my motorhome.
The real thing that stands out from the crowd is the customer service and follow up calls.
Caitlin phoned this afternoon and asked how I was getting on with the device, asked a few questions and make a couple of tweek so I could get the best performance.
Caitlin was very knowledgeable and friendly,
I would highly recommend this company, a pleasure to do business with.

Very good tracking devices at an excellent price. I had an FMT100 wired device which was very easy to fit and connect to a permanent live, and was impressed by the level of tracking detail it provides. I've now switched to a wireless GAT23 device which has a strong magnet and is even easier to hide away. Battery lasts a month between charges and the same level of tracking is provided. Costs for the SIM top-up are very reasonable.

Well what can I say, I had what I thought would be a major problem .. for me ... again contacted customer support to check it out and to see if my settings were correct .. all sorted with a very informed and helpful conversation with Jo, who has been amazing if I'm honest, and after she fixed my issue very professionally she then a week later has contacted me to see if I have had any further issues. This is not only thoughtful but to me shows that trutrak and their staff care about their customers and again Jo is amazing A+ from this customer

Ordered a Tru Trak Pro GV57MG 4G direct from Tru Trak a couple of weeks ago, it arrived a couple of days later, took 20 mins to install & another 10 mins to activate. Called Tru Trak with a couple of technical queries which Natasha answered promptly & knowledgeably.

I've since completed a number of journeys & ran some reports - accurate, no fuss & easy to navigate via the app. Notification arrives within seconds of the car being moved - even a few meters!

A very comprehensive & excellent value little tracker - highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from Jo, who patiently helped us sort out a problem we had created while installing.

On the back of my previous purchase of an FMT and being so impressed with the system AND superb customer service I contacted Caitlen to purchase an additional tracker. I wish all businesses were this good NO robots BUT real people who genuinely know what they are talking about. If you are considering purchasing a tracker do not hesitate to use this company

Stolen Recovered Thanks to TruTrak.
I have a Trutrak tracker on my Jaguar car, unfortunately my car was stolen and seemed to be total lost, until I contacted TruTrak and they were fantastic. Caitlin was amazing and her knowledge of their tracker system was what enabled the Police to locate and recover my car. Caitlin literally emailed a location map with an image of where the vehicle was "pinged" and the car was found hidden at that location. Amazing service, Amazing System, Amazing support, THANK YOU.

Like another customer.. I purchased two trackers, followed the directions.. spoke to customer services only to find that I couldn't initialise one.. had to be returned.. and the other only tracked us part way through Europe.. It has taken nearly a month for Trutrac to reply with a standard load of bull.. In the meantime, the system kept sending texts asking for us to spend money in topping up a plan for trackers that don't work.. This is not a system I would recommend as there are more consistent and secure systems out there to choose from.. cheaper and more expensive, but at least their customer service actually give a hoot.. Sorry Trutac.. You're rubbish..

I’ve been speaking to Lorraine via email and phone regrading my tracker to be reconnected to my motorcycle, Lorraine give me all the information on connecting it up to the bike, very easy to talk to and very helpful lady thank you for all your help and support, keep up the good work, you certainly to know your job, very very helpful lady thank you very much regards Lee 😊

A great company to deal with, in the 2 years i have had a tracker I have only had 2 issues, both of these were dealt with swiftly by the excellent support team, they are very knowledgeable and helpful, many thanks

Both my cars have Trutrak wired in trackers , they are superb quality inexpensive trackers to purchase and to run and very easy set up for great piece of mind for locating your vehicles and the routes they have taken and also monitoring the battery condition especially in cold weather . Customer service is excellent and especially Jo has been very helpful and friendly with both my purchases and set ups .
I highly recommend Trutak for a cost effective alternative to the expensive systems available to purchase and subscribe to , it is no longer necessary to spend so much money . M Evans .

Great price, initial purchase and very reasonable ongoing monthly costs, app worked instantly and customer service was brilliant (Gary C…)
I bought the £35 FMT100 gps tracker but after installation and set up I was informed that it was 2g mobile phone technology which is fine for about another 10yrs in the UK. I want to travel to Europe in a Moho and Gary C informed me that in 2025 France were turning off 2g. I returned the tracker and upgraded to the GV57MG 4g model, I have really poor mobile phone signal at home, but the company tech team monitored my signal etc made some technical back office adjustments and it works fine with Gary C also setting up a Geofence for me. App is great and customer service 2nd to non. Don’t hesitate to buy one of these trackers, you won’t be disappointed
