We have been very very impressed with the level of customer service from which trusted trader throughout our application. It's taken a few weeks and helped us tighten up our services also. Great company to have work for you
The guys were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
They did a professional job and completed the electrification of 3 garage doors in about 5 hours which we thought was exceptional .They went through the workings of the remotes and demonstrated the operation fully
They cleaned up after they had finished
They stuck to the quoted price which we found most acceptable.
We would not hesitate to recommend James and his son Ryley ,they were a pleasure to deal with.
Thanks for a great job well done and I now don't have to struggle physically trying to open any of the doors..

We have just been approved by Which trusted Trader, they were very helpful throughout the process. It was good to deal with the same person throughout. They kept us well informed. Happy with the service only down side was the length of time it takes, however got there in the end and happy to be approved so its worth it.

An Upgrade With Distinction
The task of upgrading our water softener unit was carried out expertly by a very capable engineer from The Pure Water People. It is a supplier that we have used for nearly 30 years and we have always trusted that any maintenance work carried out over that time will be of the highest standard. On this occasion Mike did an excellent job!

very happy a great job done
I booked access4lofts in October 2024 and they guaranteed the price until March 2025 when I wanted it done. The job was to board out my loft and I can honestly say they done a fantastic job and were really clean and tidy all the way through. I 100% recommend them to anyone, a great job and a full guarantee you won’t be disappointed, thank you access4lofts.

It says on his flyer 'Electrical services with the Customer at Heart' So very true. Did all my repairs quickly and ended up charging me less than quoted which is most unusual nowadays. Very nice person I would highly recommend him to the elderly who live on their own in particular.
