Frontier moving solutions are charging…

Frontier moving solutions are charging me $500 extra One day before my belongings are expected to arrive. They told me their trunk won’t fit into my apartment complex and waited until after they took my belongings to inform me. I gave them my address a week before they took my stuff so they had plenty of time to google my complex. This wasn’t my only negative experience with them, they also tried to scam my girlfriend into paying $1200 extra to add 14 boxes ranging in size Small to large. Do your research about this company before you hand over your belongings to them. Check Reddit and Yelp many others have experienced this as well.

Hello Alec!

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the $500 charge, this was for a shuttle service that is outlined in our estimate as a possible cost, determined at the driver’s discretion after assessing the delivery location. While we understand this may have been frustrating, we did notify you of this possibility prior to your move, though it could not be confirmed until the driver examined the site.

We take all feedback seriously and will review the details of your move to ensure clear communication and transparency at every step. We value our customers’ trust and will continue working to improve our processes. Please reach out to us at 954-416-9655 with your move ID so we can work toward a resolution. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

Sincerely,

Don’t give them money unless you’re sure

I like an idiot gave them my card number, but then I canceled within 24 hours and it says you can cancel within 72 and they still took the money out of my account now they’re telling me it’ll take 3 to 5 business days to get a check back in the mail to just get it in the mail and then probably another 10 days to get it to me which I need the money to hire the truck that I Decided to go with it didn’t take them 3 to 5 days to get the money out of my account so I called them and they said oh yes, we see her that you did cancel, but they can’t reverse the charges so they have screwed me. I would not go with them or at least don’t givethem money! Unless your sure you want to use them just rip off

Hi Brenda,

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Upon review, we confirmed that your payment was made via electronic check, not by card. As stated in our policy, electronic check payments must fully clear before we can issue a refund. Once cleared, a refund check is mailed to you, which typically takes 3–5 business days for processing, plus mailing time.

We understand how important timely access to funds is, and we do our best to process all refunds as quickly as possible while following banking and payment regulations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our processes clearer for future customers.

Don’t let them lie their way into your…

Don’t let them lie their way into your home!
Not a single thing they told us was truthful.

Frontier Moving Solutions uses third party movers. They say they don’t, but then after being caught, they blamed everything on said third party!
Finally after over a month and calling them everyday trying to find our things, a moving van pulled up to our new home. WITHOUT several important items, including family heirlooms.
When we reached out to Frontier with our concerns, we were passed around to 4 different “managers” until we finally got an answer of… “it’s the third party that is responsible, not us, sorry, nothing we can do”. Frontiers refuses to send us our final invoice and refuses to replace, and or, look for the missing property that was stored in their warehouse for two weeks. We are still waiting for them to “call us back”.
RUN RUN RUN away from this moving company!

Hello Benjamin,

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand how distressing it can be when items are delayed or missing. Frontier Moving Solutions does coordinate moves through a small network of vetted carriers, as outlined in our service agreement, and while we do our best to ensure a smooth process, the carrier is ultimately responsible for the transport and delivery of items in their possession and all claims are filed through the carriers insurance coverage.

We take all claims of missing property seriously and follow up directly with the carrier to investigate. We understand you have been in contact with several members of our staff, and we will continue working to obtain a final resolution for you. If you would like to speak to management please contact customer service directly at 954-416-9655 and refer to this response on the review and you will be connected with upper management that way we can review your file and see what we can do for resolution.

Run from this company!!!

Update 8/13/2025 @ 10:10pm CT: I wish I had the option to send the picture of the returned letter. I have now sent it out again to the only other address that was supplied by The FMCSA/NCCDB. Let’s see if this one makes it!

Also, I called you on the same day of delivery when the whole mess transpired and was hung up on by a manager/supervisor.

Run from this company!!!! Beware!!!
My move was a horrible mess!! Destroyed furniture, lied, breached the contract, had to make 3 trips back to the origin state to pick up items that should have been on the truck and paid for and I sent a arbitration letter to 5430 NW 33rd Ave suite 101, Fort Lauderdale, FL
33309 and it was returned to sender/ insufficient address/ unable to forward!!! In the process of getting an actual address to proceed farther.

You can’t trust this company!

Frontier has great customer service but they will not be the ones completing the move and that is why I gave it 1 star. The company they outsource to broke my things and lost my things. You can not trust them because they are not the ones actually completing the move! Just book with someone else to maintain your sanity!!!

Hello Reylon,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, Frontier Moving Solutions is a licensed interstate moving broker, which means we coordinate and schedule moves through our network of authorized carriers. This is stated in the documentation provided at booking, but we understand how frustrating it can be when items are damaged or lost during transport.

While the physical move is carried out by the assigned carrier, we take customer concerns seriously and work closely with the carrier to help resolve claims for damages or missing items. If you haven’t already done so, please reach out to our customer service department at 954-416-9655 so we can assist you through the resolution process.

We regret that this move did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve both communication and service for future customers.

Would rate my experience -1000

Would rate my experience -1000 this company is completely fraudulent. Quoted us $1800. Went through three forms of customer and quality assurance representatives and paid deposits (over half the cost). Day of move, the truck shows up and informs us they would only take 2 couches and 3 boxes. When we clearly let them know everything that was being moved and exact quantities and sizes ( and each item in the storage unit was clearly listed in our contract prior to the truck showing up day of. They then came and informed us it would be another $2500 for them to take anything else. When speaking with customer service to resolve the issue they became irate and were extremely rude despite facing no confrontation on my end. When legal action was brought up we were told “go ahead, please try”. Seeing as “customer service” was going to do anything but a manager reached out and let us know they “wanted to resolve the issue” and offered a refund of $88

Never use this company they are 100% in the business of scamming people. Trying to up charge in the last possible second when you are already mid move and have no other option and have already spent half your moving budget on their “non refundable deposit”

Hello Colby,

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and take these concerns seriously. Our goal is always to be transparent about pricing and inventory so there are no surprises on moving day. Based on our records, the original quote was provided according to the inventory listed at the time, and any changes to inventory or item count can affect the final cost. We understand how frustrating it can be to face unexpected charges, and we regret that our efforts to resolve the matter did not meet your expectations.

To provide clarification, your deposit of $534.00 was collected to cover the costs associated with scheduling, reserving, and routing the truck for your move. Once the truck is dispatched and arrives on-site, those funds are applied toward the services rendered in preparing and routing the vehicle, even if the move does not proceed as originally planned.

We would like the opportunity to review your file in detail together and address any discrepancies. Please contact customer service and ask to speak with management to discuss the file and this review!

Avoid Frontier Moving Services at All…

Avoid Frontier Moving Services at All Costs – Bait and Switch Tactics and Zero Accountability

Do not use Frontier Moving Services. This is hands down the most dishonest, disorganized, and frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. My experience was a textbook case of bait and switch pricing.

After completing a mandatory FMCSA virtual tour and the “quality assurance” call they insisted was required, Frontier tripled the originally quoted price. That’s right — over 3x the initial quote, after I had already paid a deposit and taken the time to document all items clearly.

Their salesperson, Kyle, made endless promises: that the quote was accurate, that he’d personally be available throughout the process, that my items would be picked up on the 29th (weather permitting), and that communication would be seamless. None of those promises were kept. Kyle disappeared, and I was left in the dark.

Worse, they didn’t even complete the virtual review until the actual day the movers were supposed to arrive — completely nullifying its purpose and setting me up for a last-minute upcharge.

This company is an absolute scam operation hiding behind false professionalism and misleading sales tactics. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from Frontier Moving Services.

Hi Andrew,

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and would like to clarify a few details about your reservation. During the Quality Assurance process—designed to review inventory in depth and allow for any changes—we recommended adding a full packing service based on the high value and quality of your items. This recommendation was made to help ensure proper protection and avoid potential damage during transport. Additional items were also noted at that time, which impacted the overall cost.

Regarding your requested pickup date, your reservation was made with a two-day pickup window. The only way we can guarantee a specific date is by applying a one-day pickup window fee. When we were unable to accommodate your preferred exact date, you chose to cancel.

As for the visual inspection, in most interstate moves this requirement is waived, as indicated and signed for in your estimate. The Quality Assurance call—scheduled no more than five days prior to pickup—serves as the final review to confirm inventory, address adjustments, and provide clients with the opportunity to make any changes.

Finally, in regard to your moving coordinator, we inform all clients that our customer service department is the best point of contact due to coordinators’ heavy scheduling demands and frequent calls. This ensures that inquiries are addressed as promptly as possible.

We understand your frustration and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. If you would like to revisit your concerns and explore possible resolution, please contact customer service at 954-416-9655, mention this review and ask to be connected with upper management.

Sincerely,

Terrible

Terrible, awful experience - I DO NOT recommend this company. They assured me my fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home would fit in their truck. It did not. In fact, when the truck driver got there, a day late, and a day before I had to be out of my house, he said that no way would all my things fit in the allotted space in the truck. So why would they tell me it would? They listed everything on the bill of laden but there was no way it would all fit - they scammed me!! I put down an over $2000 deposit and they would not give it back because I didn't cancel within the 3 days they required - but how could I know that the truck would only fit a quarter of my things?? I was not going to let them take 1/4 of my things and then be left scrambling with the rest of it at the last minute! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Hello Mimi,

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Our estimates are based on the inventory provided during the booking process, and the allotted truck space is reserved according to that information. Any additional items, additional volume needed or changes to the inventory after booking can increase the total cost of the move. We 100% would of been happy to service your move even if that required a second truck but the space used on the truck is how we determine pricing.

Regarding your deposit, our policy—outlined in your estimate and terms—allows for a refund if a cancellation is made within the stated three-day window. Once the reservation is confirmed, your deposit is applied toward scheduling, routing, and reserving the space for your move.

We regret that we were unable to complete your move as planned and understand the stress of facing last-minute changes. If you would like us to review your file in detail, please contact customer service at 954-416-9655 and ask for upper management so we can discuss the specifics of your case and determine if there are additional options for resolution.

Nearly tripled price mid move and caused damage

Originally quoted $5.4K which they changed to $14K once my furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and half of my items packed and in the road. When I refused the higher price, they unwrapped my furniture and left it in the road. They broke both lazy boy couches, damaged most wood furniture leaving it on the cement, and caused multiple dings to the drywall.

The items they packed were not packed well with for example loose blender blades dumped with a bunch of other misc items.

Nothing but headaches.

For what ? They say they aren’t brokers. That they have movers that only work for them and they have control of those movers. Lies. They have zero control and zero interest in what happens once they get their fee upfront. Then they dump you off to whomever. When those guys show up they say, “Oh, well, ya, let me explain how this works…You know that $2,400 bid they gave you? It’s actually going to be $7,800.” Do yourself a HUGE favor. Cut out the middleman, call a reputable mover, have them come out to your place, look at what you have, and give you a hard and fast price. These guys are brokers. They have no idea what they are quoting, nor do they care. They tell you one thing, get your money upfront, and then let you deal with the aftermath.
Update: Two days after writing this I get an email stating that they are demanding I take this down. NO! Every single word is the truth, and I stand behind it. Screw me over and you will feel the same pain as I am subjected to ! I gave the the benefit of a two star review because my things did arrive in one piece, no thanks to them. Now it's a one star for bullying me.

Dear Mr. Sandorf,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Your feedback is deeply concerning to us, and we take your comments seriously.

To clarify, Frontier Moving Solutions is a licensed moving broker. We coordinate household moves through a vetted network of licensed and insured carriers. While we work hard to ensure a smooth transition from booking through delivery, we recognize that miscommunications can happen — especially when expectations around pricing and service responsibilities are not aligned.

We never want any customer to feel abandoned or misled, and we are actively working to improve how we explain our process from the very first call — including the fact that estimates are based on the information provided at booking, and can change if the volume or services required differ at pickup.

We’re also very sorry to hear that you felt pressured after leaving your review. That is never our intention, and we respect your right to share your experience. We can confirm that no one from Frontier has reached out to you regarding this and would appreciate the chance to speak with you. Be warned

Scam company. Canceled via phone <72 hours, customer service said it was fine and that a check would come in the mail. They call again weeks later saying I never canceled because it has to be via email (which the customer service agent on the phone NEVER said originally). They either have incompetent employees or train them to deceive customers.

Dear Unidentified Client,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the stress it caused — especially given your financial situation. Moving should never leave a customer feeling misled or unsupported, and we understand how upsetting it must have been when the price changed from what you were originally expecting.

That said, it’s our responsibility to make sure those possibilities are clearly communicated upfront. If that didn’t happen in your case, we sincerely apologize.

Dear Krista and Mark,

We’re sincerely sorry to hear about the experience you had, and we understand how upsetting this situation must have been. Moving is a highly personal and emotional process, and we never want any of our customers to feel the way you’ve described.

While we partner with licensed and insured carriers such as Azimuth Van Lines to facilitate moves, we expect all partners to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and care for our customers’ belongings. The behavior you described is absolutely unacceptable, and we take these allegations very seriously.

Surprise fees, damaged items, and disrespectful conduct are never the type of service we aim to deliver. If you were charged unexpected delivery fees or encountered damage, we strongly encourage you to file a formal claim. We would be happy to assist with that process and escalate your concerns to ensure they are reviewed properly by both our team and the carrier.

All that being said after reviewing the file there was never once contact of any issues onsite, no record of calls from the file holder, or any claims submitted. Actually both Frontier and Azimuth have no records of any issues being reported what so ever. We are sure there must be a mistake!

Very Poor Service.

For my move they dumped another company to handle it. That company was Azimuth Group Van Lines. These guys are borderline scammers. Hi Evan,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your move. I completely understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and I want to address your concerns in detail.

When you booked your move, we did present Azimuth Group Van Lines as the carrier assigned to handle your shipment, and this was clearly listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL) that was provided to you at the time of booking. We understand that changes or unexpected issues can be frustrating, but we work with a select group of carriers, like Azimuth, with whom we maintain close relationships. This approach allows us to oversee the entire process more effectively, ensuring higher quality service for our customers.

We take these matters very seriously and will be investigating your experience with Azimuth Group Van Lines to ensure that this does not happen again. Rest assured, we expect all of our partnered carriers to provide the highest level of professionalism and respect for your belongings.

We deeply regret that your items arrived in poor condition and that the movers' conduct was less than professional. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we are committed to addressing these concerns with Azimuth to prevent any future occurrences.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I want to address your concerns and offer some clarity regarding the situation.

During the summer months, we often have limited availability for certain routes, and our agents aim to inform customers of these opportunities to help secure the best pricing and timing for their move. The urgency in requesting a down payment was not meant to pressure you, but rather to ensure that you didn’t miss out on the special route and pricing that was available at that time. We understand how this might have come across, and I truly apologize if it felt like undue pressure.

However, I want to be very clear that no one should ever feel disrespected during any conversation with our team. The comments you mentioned, including being called "ignorant," are completely unacceptable, and we will be addressing this matter with the agent involved to ensure that this behavior is not repeated.

We want every customer to feel comfortable with their decision-making process and are committed to providing clear and respectful communication at all times.

Again, we're truly sorry for your experience, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our service.

Don’t use this moving company. They are a scam

To be honest this moving company doesn’t deserve any stars, but I have to give one to write my review. This is my first time dealing with any moving company. This company is a scam they tell you what you want to hear to lock in your deposit. Give you a good quote that you feel comfortable with, then on the day of picking up my furnitures, they doubled the price. You are wrong for doing this to hard working people. I’ve lost my deposit because they said I can’t get a refund after they’re the one who changed the price on me to a price I could not afford at the time. Why not state all the other fees before taking the deposit. Y’all are a bunch of scam and thieves I will pray on You that you don’t get anymore businesses. Don't work with them they will rep you off.

Dear Tenaj,

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with us left you feeling misled and frustrated. Moving can be a stressful and emotional time, and we understand how upsetting it can be when expectations around pricing or service are not met.

Our estimates are based on the inventory and information provided at the time of booking. Scammers

This is a completely scam company that deserves 0 stars. They give you an estimate that vastly underestimates the cost they will charge you on the day off. I was quoted around 2100 and on the day of asked to pay > 3500. They did not call me until after 10PM the night before to tell me when they would be arriving the next day. And when the arrived they said I would need way more cubic feet than in the original quote. They are complete scammers. Please please do not fall for them and never use this company. I ended up canceling the move and lost all of my security deposit. I rented a truck from Penske for 1200, bought packing supplies from Home Depot for about 200, and ultimately did the move myself with help from family. After the shady business they pulled, I did not trust them at all with my belongings. They are completely a fraud.

Hi Edward,

First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced with our service. I understand how stressful moving can be, and it’s clear we did not meet your expectations in this instance. We deeply regret that this situation caused you to feel this way.

Regarding the cost discrepancies you mentioned, we take pricing very seriously and always strive to provide accurate, transparent estimates. However, sometimes factors like additional items or changes in space requirements can affect the final price. That said, we should have communicated these potential changes more clearly, and we will be reviewing our internal processes to ensure our estimates are more precise and that our team is fully transparent with customers upfront.

As for the timing and communication issues you faced, we absolutely understand how important it is to receive timely updates, especially the night before a move. We deeply apologize for the late call and any inconvenience it caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure better communication moving forward. However to ensure we provide an accurate window of arrival, dispatch finalizes route the day prior around 5pm EST and would then provide the information to the client.

We regret that you had to cancel your move and understand how this experience led to a loss of trust. Your feedback is invaluable, and we take it seriously as we work to improve our customer service and practices.

Again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and we are committed to learning from your feedback to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Best regards,

Liars, and thiefs

My spouse and I spoke with multiple agents to get our move across state lines arranged. We informed them each time the items we had to move and the square footage of the home. We got a quote and made a deposit.
When movers came, the driver said he was told he expected much less items and the move would cost double the cost.
Both driver and spouse spoke with customer service to find the disconnect. The customer service rep said there was no report of the conversations we had about the amount of items we planned to move. They would not honor their agreement with us and we had to cancel the movers because we didn’t have the money or time the driver said it would now take. We will not get our $3000 deposit back because we cancelled the movers day of move at no fault to us. We signed the contract and they lied to keep our money. I would NEVER recommend Frontier movers.

Hi Jennifer,

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion you and your spouse experienced during your move. We take your concerns seriously and deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. Moving is already a stressful process, and it’s clear that we made mistakes in communicating the details of your move.

We strive for clear communication with all our customers. We will be reviewing this process thoroughly to ensure that such discrepancies do not happen again, and we will work with our team to improve the accuracy of the details we report to our movers.

We also regret the fact that we were unable to honor the original quote, as we understand how financially and logistically challenging it must have been to be faced with a last-minute price change. As for your deposit, we do have a cancellation policy in place that due to scheduling and routing purposes, typically involves forfeiting deposits under certain circumstances. However, I’d like to invite you to reach out to us directly at 954-416-9655, as we want to review your case and see if there’s anything we can do to resolve this to your satisfaction.

Please know that your feedback is incredibly important to us. We are committed to making improvements to ensure our customers receive the service they expect and deserve. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this situation caused, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Best regards,

SCAMMERS

Their rep. Jon Alsina, lied and said they are the movers, not a broker, my husband walked through our house telling him all of our furniture, etc.and we entered an agreement with us to move us interstate of $6694.37, and deposited $3030 to be loaded on 5/28/25. On 5/24/25, someone from Frontier's QA called and said he needed to charge $9900+ because we failed to tell Jonathan all of our property and started listing things that hadn't gotten onto the contract. He was looking at our home on Zillow. We told him we were downsizing and selling/donating to do it. We settled on $8489.90 with add'l $1006 deposit. On 5/27/25 (1 day early) a 26 ft truck from American Hills Moving & storage arrived with 5 men. They loaded almost everything before the driver came in and told us the price had to be increased to $19,200 because we were using 3600 cu ft. The truck only holds 1600 cu ft. My husband measured it. We told them to unload us into the garage and they said they required a $3500 cancellation fee first. We called 911, no help. We paid $3500, they roughly unloaded and damaged our furniture, and left with $7536 of our money. SCAMMERS!

Hello Pat,

First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the experience you’ve described. It’s clear that we failed to provide the level of service that you deserved, and I completely understand your frustration. We take your concerns very seriously, and I want to address the issues you raised to help clarify what happened and show that we are committed to improving.

Regarding your initial agreement, we are truly sorry for the confusion around the nature of our services. We are a moving broker, and it’s essential that our customers understand this when they book their moves. It appears that the communication regarding this was unclear, and we will be reviewing this process to ensure that future customers are fully informed upfront.

As for the price increases and the discrepancies in the final cost, we understand how frustrating it must have been to face unexpected charges. Our goal is always to provide accurate quotes, but changes in the number of items, cubic footage, or other factors can sometimes impact the final price. That said, we absolutely should have communicated these potential changes more clearly and consistently. We will be investigating how this issue was handled, especially with the different prices quoted by various agents.

It’s distressing to hear that the movers damaged your belongings and caused further inconvenience. We take this kind of behavior very seriously, and we will be addressing it with the team involved to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

I also want to acknowledge your concerns about the $3500 cancellation fee. This is certainly an unusual situation, and we deeply regret that it came to this point. We understand that this additional cost only added to your frustration, and we are committed to reviewing how our team communicates and enforces cancellation policies in the future.

We truly value your feedback, please contact us directly at 954-416-9655 so that we can further discuss your experience and see how we can address the outstanding issues, including your deposit and the damages to your property.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and distress this situation caused, and we are committed to improving our services to prevent such issues in the future.

Best regards,

BEWARE

BEWARE: DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. They will try to scam you into paying more day-of and if you don’t they’ll just leave you to unload yourself. I was told specifically that they would reassemble all my furniture upon delivery, but they didn’t even bring it up to my apartment. Arrived 3 weeks late & called me once a week to further delay delivery. For delivery, they refused to park in front of my apartment on the street (the same way ALL semis/moving trucks do in the city) & chose to park all the way down the road instead. Then, because they intentionally parked very far away, they wanted to charge me $1000 extra since they “had to” park down the road. When I told them I wasn’t going to pay an extra $1000 when there were closer spots, they just unloaded and left all my belongings at the end of the street. I had to load all of my belongings either into my car or carry them by hand to my apartment down the street. They also refused to bring anything up to my apartment even after I moved all of it down the street BY MYSELF to right in front of my apartment. For all the money I paid for movers, I shouldn’t have to pay them full price for ME to unload and carry all of my heavy belongings down the street and up a flight of stairs. Called customer service & they said “they did all they were supposed to do”. So all they think they’re supposed to do is try to find an excuse upcharge you & leave your belongings on the street if you don’t accept it. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMING MOVERS.

Dear Rose,

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. Moving is already a stressful process, and we regret that you were left feeling unsupported at such a critical point.

To address your concerns: our goal is always to provide reliable, professional service from start to finish, including communication around scheduling, delivery logistics, and any additional services. We understand how upsetting it can be when expectations are not met — especially regarding the timing of delivery and furniture handling.

With regard to the parking situation, delivery crews are required to follow legal parking and safety regulations based on the conditions at the delivery site. When a closer spot is not legally accessible or safe to park in, long-carry charges may apply. That said, you should never feel like you're being penalized for something avoidable, and we’re sorry if that’s how this situation came across. We will be reviewing the carrier’s handling of your delivery, including where communication could have been improved and whether protocol was properly followed.

Your comments about having to unload and carry your own belongings are especially concerning. If you were promised furniture reassembly and full delivery to your apartment, we want to better understand what happened. We also take any claims about customer service dismissing concerns seriously — that is not how we aim to treat our clients.

We have attempted identify your file as well as requested information from you with no response. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your case in detail to determine what went wrong and how we can make it right. Please contact us directly at 954-416-9655 so we can investigate further.

Thank you for your honest feedback. It helps us improve the service and accountability we expect from both our team and our partner carriers.

Sincerely,
Management
