I made a payment with my card. my beneficiary has an Ais card but, my payment does not tell me if he will get that payment it just says i made a payment but is it linked ? help please I, don't even know if i did it correctly . 08/25/2021- Someone finally got in touch with me and helped me which i feel much better the only question that I, haven't received and answer is once the money is released into my account to make that payment where do I, go to find it since I, did it wrong to begin with but the good news is that I, was able to get a little far.
I, work with social service's and a lot of cuban people and all over the world need a service like this so when it comes to looking for help I, could use it for others too. Now I, am just waiting for the other answer I, sent a chat waiting to get that answer. thank you, Sara

I agree with a comment I just read. I thought this was going to be easy and its very complicated. First I upload my ID and I guess it didn't pass the computer I understand it went to human review and I pass. But I been waiting for money I transfer from my U.S bank debit card for 3 days now and its pending the don't make sence at all cause there is a security by the bank and I pass that so I don't understand why a hold in 300 dollars if they know the transaction was approved. I message for help and they check and say ur money should be in the account today which I guess won't be cause in Spain is the 4th of June right now, but when the agent told me that it was business hours still 06-03-21 2pm Spain. And the calculator is confusing I had to make multiple transfer so I can have the money I plan to send which is 320 usd but to figure out that I thought that was free and no. I thought they only charge when u send money not when you transfer from your own debit card to your wallet that's like playing cards at the casino if the player takes the money away then too bad but if the money is around the dealer and the house why the house will charge the dealer any fee to get change for 100 in 5 20s same money but yeah is 4 days now waiting for the money to be available and I guess that's just starting I don't want to know what will happen after I send it I think if I send it tomorrow Friday probably by next Friday or Monday of the following week to know if they receive it which won't fit on the 3 business days rule that's 6 days but I guess I will just wait don't have more options I even wanted to cancel the transaction something impossible there is no option just pending pending im so disappointment 😔 the I don't want to check anymore cause is stressing me a lot. I can classify as positive my very first personal experience of sending money through Tropipay platform, although I think the process can be improved (there are opportunities for improvement). Customer service with a REAL LIVE person is non existent. They only know how to send countless automated bot messages and emails in Spanish only. Seems like they only react or respond to these Bad reviews. If you made customer service ( or lack thereof) maybe you would not have to spend your time responding to all these bad reviews. GET A ACCESSIBLE PHONE NUMBER instead of hiding behind technology nonsense and scamming people

I make a transfer and they inform after one week the intermediary system if off, they charge my money and get their commission and now say sorry, they don't take care of the final user. I make an urgency transfer, one week later we don't receive anything and we got this information after open a ticket to their support. I don't recommend a system how play with their client money and don't keep all transparent.

Admittedly it was annoying that I could not top up my wallet for a period of time due to maintenance procedures but eventually they came back online. My first transaction to Cuba failed, I think this was due to changes with the situation in Cuba regards money transfers. However, there was no problems with Tropipay and the money was returned to my credit card without any quarrels. Because of the changes I had to have my friend obtain a AIS USD card. Not being able to speak or read Spanish I found the staff at Tropipay excellent in assisting me in guiding me the best way to transfer to the card and also replying to my enquires in English. It is only right that I now write and give a more positive review.

I have attempted to use other money-transfer platforms in sending money to Cuba with no success. Here’s what I’ve learned: Apparently, Cuba’s entire banking system is suspended until the first week of January (I suspect it will be longer) pending the eliminaion of their 2 currency system. They’re getting rid of the C.U.C. currency (this was their ersatz “hard” currency) in favor of the Cuban Peso. They have also devalued the peso causing enormous concern on the island. Nobody knows what will happen next.
For reasons I cannot understand, Tropipay does not wish to talk about the real problem openly or honestly. They insist on calling this a “maintenance” issue when, in fact, it’s a political and economic crisis on the island.
This might be resolved this week (First week in January) but it still doesn’t explain why Tropipay doesn’t treat its customers with more openness and respect.
The problem isn’t Cuba or even Tropipay’s website: The problem is Tropipay doesn’t KEEP US INFORMED WITH THE TRUTH.
Tropipay might indeed be upgrading (“scaling”?) their website to accommodate an expected increase in future business but it’s hard to see a future for them when they don’t offer transparency in their business practices.
This whole mess has left a whole lot of people confused, frustrated and angry. There are family and friends WAITING on the other side. Your verification code, as well as your friends or family, apparently will just have to wait until Tropipay feels like it.

I made a deposit on my Tropipay account 6 days ago to transfer to a MLC Account in Cuba.
The verification code to confirm the transaction never reach me. I called my telecommunication company to check for any problem, but everything was fine. I continue to receive messages from other platforms that require verification code. I wrote through the Tropipay chat and explained my situation to them and I asked them to change my phone number or to send the money directly to one of my beneficiaries to see if I could solve my problem, they told me that they would make the change in 24 hours. More than 72 hours have passed and I continue to wait.
I have written to the chat, to the mail, I have tried several times and the only thing they tell me is that my case is being attended, that in 24 hours they will contact me. I don't understand why it takes so long to make a phone change or help me solve my situation. Your customer service is slow because I can't send money anywhere without that verification code.

Tropipay’s website has been down for several months now offering little more than a stale “Maintenance” disclaimer. Maintenance is not the problem or the truth. This disclaimer is offered only at the end of the money transferring process which wastes our time and theirs and...keeps needy friends and family waiting at the other end.
One gets the distinct feeling there’s only 3 people working there since they’re far more likely to respond here to Trustpilot than to hundreds of individual angry or confused clients.
Whether it is born out of a sense of cultural shame (These are Spaniards) or simply a lack of professional courtesy, Tropipay seems unwilling to post a clear and transparent disclaimer explaining WHAT THE PROBLEM IS and WHEN THEY WILL RESOLVE IT on the front of their web page.
Here’s the rub: If they are not professional enough to communicate honestly with their clients about this serious problem, why would we ever trust them with our money? My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
