Having had a disastrous experience with…

Having had a disastrous experience with Fonmoney, I was recommended these guys; well another disaster, unable to confirm my identification as the English translation option gives you ‘Spanish’ so I am unable to understand what I am supposed to do; yes I could use Google translate but how can one trust a company whose website cannot do the simplest of things.

I have used Tocopay a few times

I have used Tocopay a few times. This time I was not able to get in. Sent a message on Whatsapp and they responded very quickly and problem solved. Sent money on Thursday and the recipient received it on Friday. WOW super fast.

Fabulously fast

Fabulously fast! I sent money to my friend in Cuba and it was on her BANDEC Tropical card within minutes! The TocoPay website slips back into Spanish for several drop-down menus when I’ve selected English for the transaction but otherwise not too too fiddly once everything is set up. Including TocoPay fees and credit card exchange rate sending U$200 cost a bit more than C$308 (posted exchange rate on the Canadian dollar alone would be $275). It worked waaaay better than transferring to a bank account (which used to take days and ended up in MLC). TocoPay will be my preferred service for the future.
