Things to improve
I personally like this service in general but there are things that i don't like :
1
They don't have a referral program and a rewards program also , in my case I have referred to many friends to use the service and I will like to revive at least a little reward for that like any other site in the market.

They also don't have an app so it takes longer for the transaction.

When you pay with credit card the transaction is made like a cash advance that is not good for us (customers) who has to pay interest to the banks for that.

Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever, they charged me twice, first when I had to submit my money to their website then when I made the transaction from the website to my family in Cuba. So besides the dollar to euro -> euro to mlc they charged me not only the euro transform but commission twice! As I also had to wait almost 5 days to have the money available in their website the money conversion hit me really hard, for like 1300 dollars, they received like 1089, so be ready to be really punished. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS TOOL. Sadly as we have a dictatorship in Cuba we don't have any other way and this type of website are getting rich with the suffering of the Cuban People.

Entering money to the platform and then sending it to a card, are two separate operations, which in your case had the same objective but that does not always have to be this way, because you can, for example, deposit money to pay for a service. All this is explained in the help section of our website (www.help.tropipay.com) and is completely transparent and accessible to everyone. To have these costs clear from the beginning, you can send the money directly from the calculator to the card you want and you will see everything summarized and explained.
Regarding the exchange rate, our operations are in euros, therefore the funds are changed to this currency, if you do not agree with the rate used, you can choose to pay in euros and your bank makes the currency exchange according to your rate.
The delay of days that you tell us is given by the fact that there was a weekend in between and the banks do not work on weekends, for this reason all our times are defined in working days, this information is also explained in the link mentioned above.
Once again, we are very sorry that your experience has not been satisfactory, we will continue to strive to improve and that you can count on our services in the near future.

Need speed the transaction time
The change rate is lower than others, but It Is slower too, not only for new users but also for every user. It takes a week or more for the transaction. Time is money, but for Cubans, it is life too!

Our system takes care of getting the funds to their destination in a maximum of 3 working days after the shipment have been confirmed. Sometimes the receiving banks delay in depositing the funds in the beneficiary accounts and sadly this is beyond our control.

I have found Tropipay to be reliable and dependable. There have been occasions where the website seems flaky but that hasn't happened recently. I did have problems registering and nearly gave up, but their support staff did a great job responding to my emails and walking me through the process. We corresponded back and forth for nearly a week and they always wrote back in a timely manner. They were also courteous and very professional. Honestly, they went out of their way to help me. This level of support convinced me to use Tropipay and I am glad I did. I've had no problem sending money. They do what they say, and they do it well.

Hi there!
Hi there!! for months now I have been trying to use the account I created but it looks like Tropipay wants to keep the money I deposited.
They say that I have to verify my identity but after many, many attempts to do so I cannot use my account.
Sometimes they show the chat window but at the end nothing happens about the issues you are telling them.
Is this just me or is this a general disfunction of Troopipay?
I'd like to hear.
