This was very quick service (given it was the Post office delivering!),but I placed the order on Day 1 and it was through my letter box on Day3! Amazing

Really happy with the service we received. The bike was slightly delayed but was delivered exactly two weeks from ordering, however , they delivered my son’s bike fully put together so he could ride it straight away!
Anytime I enquired about something they got back to me by the next day with the information I needed.
Very happy with the bike - we got a frog bike and it’s perfect for my son who has asd and hypermobility, very, very light and easy for him to use unlike anything else he’s ever tried.

I've ordered a few things from this company recently. No issues with order and the goods arrived very quickly. The items I purchased were the best price I could find online.

Website is good, but perhaps not as modern as some, and ordering was straightforward. Delivery progress updates not as good as seems to be becoming the norm, but delivery on time. Not much to complain about really.

Ordered a bike light and it was excellent quality and the best price on the market. Have now installed said light and it works absolutely brilliantly, can recommend.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered an item on the 27th August, then waited and waited. Contacted them again a few weeks later and then told they were expecting it by 24th September. So again, I waited and waited. It's now the 2nd October and still no item and no update. My advice, go elsewhere as the customer care is zero with this company. Im just waiting to see the reply they give to this review, it will probably be quicker arriving than the item im still waiting for.

The ad on your site made it look like it was the front and back wheel so when I brought the halo sas wheel I thought it was wheels? That’s the only down side and the slow delivery it took a lot longer than expected but the wheel is beautiful and looks amazing

It's nice Triton has parts that would otherwise have to be ordered from abroad
