You Can't Trust Trendia.co. I don't Know What Happen To My Order

I placed the order online in their website on May 25, 2024.
On June 2nd I messaged them on whatsapp # +917075546342 & I was advised that they were still waiting for my items from vendor, they will receive it within 2-3 days they said.
On June 6th, I messaged them again to ask for the update. They didn't have any update yet that time.
On June 7th I messaged them again, they said that my order will be shipped on Monday (June 10th) & tracking # will be sent to my email
On Monday June 10th I messaged them again, that time they told me that my order is being packed and will be shipped with in next 24 hours.
On June 11th I messaged them again asking for the tracking #, they replied me "we will inform the team to ship what ever products we have received".
Yesterday (June 14th) I messaged them again to ask for update. Their reply was "we have informed the team to share the tracking details on email" but I haven't received any email yet as they promised me since last week. Then again they said same freaking thing "Your order is being packed and will be shipped with in the next 24 hours Once we ship the order, you will get an email conformation with the tracking id"
This company is a fraud. Beware.

Small Sizing. The products are well made and service…

The products are well made and service is very good. Very pretty fabric. Expect a few weeks delivery. I am a small, 115 lb., very small breasted. I checked the size chart and ordered medium in all three. They look very good on, but are a little too tight. I wish I’d ordered large. So check size chart carefully and order up from this line: Nayo. Also make sure you hand wash separately (at least I have first two times) as the colours run!! I’ve tried vinegar to solidify the colours but no luck so far. I wouldn’t use a dryer in case they shrunk more. I ordered a Janasya in the past. It was more expensive but better fit and details. I’ll order again. The prices are fair and I think good quality.

I am in Canada and I just bought a couple items from their website. The customer service is great. I wanted to remove an item from my orders. They did that quickly and refunded me. No headaches, whatsoever. They have beautiful items. I will definitely check it out again in future.

The order did not come on time

The order did not come on time. I wanted the dress for Eid, and it came five days after Eid, even after I emailed them continuously for weeks to ship my dress because I knew this was going to happen.

I didn’t have the clothes for EID

I ordered sarees 1 month early for EID. However, I didn’t received it on time. I received it 2 weeks after the EID. And, the reason they gave me was that the trailer didn’t finish the blouse stitching on time. And, on top of it they made the blouse for the other saree that I didn’t intend to make. I ordered on March 18 and received it on April 25.They claim to deliver within 12 to 15 days.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered twice to the US and had the worst experience both the times. The quality is never as described. The clothes are not inexpensive and still the clothes are not worth it. They denied me returns both the times because it doesn't fit in their 'RETURN POLICY'

Beware of ordering through Trendia

Beware of ordering through Trendia!

Purchased 4 items and ONLY 1 was accurate per description. The items are not inexpensive considering the quality. ORDER at your own risk or better still DO NOT ORDER and waste your time dealing with a company that takes you for a ride.

1) Incorrect sizing- 2 of the 4 items
2) No one answers the phone at +1 312-392-0189
3) Said that you cannot return or exchange item even though it is in condition received. For being an online company, how is one to expect their quality when they are wrong 75% of the time with their product sizing and quality.

The dress ordered were not the size…

The dress ordered were not the size mentioned on the website. So I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. But since it was over a week they didn't want to even try to help me for the exchange process. They are being penny wise puns foolish as I have been a customer and bought many kurta sets from this site. I had been very happy with those size but the 2 midi dresses are super small and cannot be used. The original tag is still on but they donot want to help with exchange process. very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This is company is a scammer, they do not take returns for quality reason! And takes forever to ship the items.
If you buy anything from them and whatever the item they sent you! You are stuck with that. Horrible customer service, the cloths are made for very cheap fabric, transparent and sizing is way off. You will not get a product that they advertise as. I should have read the reviews before buying anything from them.

No returns are accepted. Fraud company.

Size not fitting and the remark the customer care made is "
Please note that we do not accept returns for dislike of product quality" which I feel is an indifferent comment for a fashion product. They won't accept return or exchange. Apparels belong to a subjective product category and mostly will need exchanges or returns. Stay away.

Trendia-perfect example of a bad business

Trendia is a perfect example of a bad business with extremely poor customer focus.

1. The package took 50+ days to deliver, it was advertised for 15 day delivery. The need for the products no longer existed when they arrived, but that is customer's problem, Trendia does not take any responsibility of that.

2. The sizes are not correctly mentioned on the site, items are incorrect in size and returns are next to impossible

Disappointing Experience: Oversized Item Received With No Return Option. Rude Staff.

I recently purchased an item from “ "Women's Multicoloured Striped Rainbow Dress - Stylestone" from Trendia which was significantly oversized and unwearable, and to exacerbate the situation, the company is not accepting returns or offering a suitable resolution.
Product Quality and Sizing Issue:
The piece I ordered not only failed to meet expectations in terms of quality but also arrived in a size that was far larger than what was specified. This sizing discrepancy highlights a significant quality control issue within the company's manufacturing and shipping processes. As a customer, receiving a product that does not align with the size ordered reflects poorly on the brand's attention to detail and commitment to
Upon contacting the company regarding the oversize item, I was dismayed to find that the company's customer service was unhelpful and unaccommodating. Despite expressing my concerns and providing evidence of the sizing error, I was informed that they will not accept my return. I’m not able to wear the dress because of the defect but the company is EXTORTING my money by not accepting the return.This lack of flexibility in addressing a clear mistake on the company's end demonstrates a disregard for customer experience and left me feel undervalued.

If I could I would’ve give 0. Lately I received my package, it totally let down. The image of the website and what I got is so disappointed. End of the day we’re paying. If we let the customer care knows- their reply is hectic! Them saying it’s coming from India, they might handle bit roughly give it an iron, then it’ll be fine.
No option for attaching the image! - if not I will! So cheap tailoring and the material. Not even close enough to the picture!

Great Home Decor Collection and Fast Shipping!

I've been a Trendia customer since 2021, mainly for their clothing, but recently decided to try out their new home decor section. I was pleasantly surprised by their wide selection of brass idols!
I ordered a set of beautiful items:
• 2" Brass Cow with Calf (lightweight brass, almost looked like silver)
• 14" Brass Venkateswara Swamy
• 4" Light Weight Brass Ganesha
• 6" Brass Hanging Shubh Labh
The shipment arrived on the 5th day, which was much faster than our clothing orders which do take over 10 – 12 days on average.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Trendia Global as always. Their home decor collection is also impressive, and the shipping was incredibly fast.
Keep up the good work, Trendia!

Kurta is pretty and well made

Kurta is pretty and well made. Not quite the same color in reality.
I ordered an XL size however the salwar sent was an L. So that doesn’t fit. The border on the salwar base is only in the front. Looks cheap, unfinished and drapes badly. The trimmings on the duppatta is cheap and tacky. Will not be using this company again. What you see is definitely not what you get.

Not bad

Received banarasi sarees today .Packing is good.Sarees are not as shiny as shown in pics but still have some shine in them and I love them since I badly wanted these sarees I don't care much about quality.It took me 23 days to get the items .I had to call customer care several times to get tracking updates.Note : they didn't pick up but always called back .The ladies who attended the calls were sincere and professional and assured that I will get my order.They said they were waiting for 1 saree to arrive and once they get they will ship to usa.Then got my DHL tracking email .Once DHL delivered ( to a different state ) in usa it took 5 days for package to reach my home ( via usps) .The tracking number they provided for USPS didn't work.Improvement is needed in communicating to customers and sending timely updates about package.Once package was delivered got an email confirmation that it is delivered.Overall than the wait time and tracking updates nothing much to complain

Great Company!

I got a little worried about the shipping process from a lot of the other customer reviews, but honestly everything happened as explained. Lost cost for the apparel! It did take about 12 business days for the shipping to be generated (as explained on the website), once shipping was generated 3 business days to get the tracking info updated (as explained by the website). If anything maybe I would've bought a size up, but overall a very straight forward process.

One of the most pathetic services and quality. Do not get lured by their posts and pls do not order. I ordered a white lucknowi Kurta-received it on 3 weeks and when I opened it, it was anything but white- it had black stains all over, the Kurta was wet and extremely murky. When I raised a complaint they said they will make an exception once and if I send it to them at my expense they will send me something back in return! Honestly I have lived in the UD for 20+ years and have ordered lots of stuff but never have I faced such an issue! I understand we take a risk when we buy from these sites but nothing prepared me for the product I received
