They do not deserve any star! The CS is the worst ever! I bought 2 wigs, 1 band and 1 wig cap, and the ttracking number says it has been delivered but I never received it! They don't respond my mails and I am very upset with the service.
I want my money back, Elevates!

Shop at your own risk!

I ordered a wig on 12/3 and finally received it on 12/22 and it was the wrong wig. They had contacted me just a few days before I received it telling me that the color of the wig I wanted was out of stock (3 weeks after ordering it) so I just told them a 1B was fine. And then they send the wrong one altogether. Upon doing some research, I found out that this happens a little too frequently with people who shop at this website. Some people seemed to have a good experience, but one has to wonder are these bogus positive reviews. Shop at your own risk. Luckily my daughter liked the wig and I just gave it to her rather than trying to return it, because I already had a gut feeling that returning it would have been another ordeal. Not sure who is running this place and what kind of game they're running down on people but what comes around goes around.

Elevate styles is untrustworthy

I have ordered from elevate styles a few times. Unfortunately, my last recent order I made was $69 for one item elevate styles charged my account and withdrew the monies /funds from my account. Then elevate styles sent to my email a confirmation number order number and a message saying they will send me an email once my order is ready to be shipped. A week went pass, and I did not receive any information none whatsoever regarding my order being sent out shipped, I also have not received a tracking number. I have also tried to track my order through the Shop app and was not able to for whatever reason having to do with elevate styles. I am very disappointed.
I have messaged elevate styles demanding my full refund, because I have not heard nothing regarding my order from the merchant over a week.
I will keep all reviewers, posted, but after this issue is resolved, which I am hoping it will be, I will not be shopping with elevate styles anymore, and I would not recommend elevate styles to anyone!

Beware! Terrible Customer Service.

I ordered a liquid hair product that was shipped by them in a POLYBAG. And the product inside got damaged during shipping and leaked inside the polybag when I opened it. I asked for a return/replacement and Elevated Styles has ignored me has not contacted me back its been over a week since I contacted them. I called and texted and still no response. I have purchased from them before no issues, but after this and reading the comments I won't be a customer again. Its NOT worth losing customers over being cheap, unprofessional and irresponsible.

Order 2 of the same wigs Outre Perfect…

Order 2 of the same wigs Outre Perfect Hairline in the same color Hazelnut Mocha. I spent $115.00 and I was sent not only the wrong wigs but also the wrong color. The wigs had been removed and retaped. Also they sent me the color number 1 which is black. When I asked for 2 in Hazelnut Mocha. This is ridiculous. People work to hard for there money for companies like to try to get over. It is sad and ridiculous.

I placed an order with Elevate Styles…

I placed an order with Elevate Styles on July 7. A tracking number was generated on July 10, but nothing has changed since then the carrier (Passport) still hasn’t received the package.

I’ve contacted customer service, and all I’ve gotten are vague replies like “you should see an update soon.” But it's been several days now and the tracking is still stuck at "label created."

I’ll gladly update this review if the situation improves or the package finally ships, but as of now, I'm very disappointed with the lack of transparency and follow-up.

Wrong color of hair delivered. I have to send merchandise back at my expense when I paid $94.00 for hair. I requested drk chocolate caramel pre braided boho braided wig and I received #1 black.

I do not like the color and simply want…

I do not like the color and simply want to return it the return process has been awful. It has been 4 days and have not been able to successfully INITIATE the return because no one answers the phone no matter how early I call and with the email option it takes 48 for them to respond when the did respond they sent the wrong link to initiate the return. I found the correct page on website for return and that page is giving error message so now I have to send another email and wait for real help ...

I absolutely the harley outre wig!

I absolutely the harley outre wig!! I've ordered this particular one several times! It's absolutely fabulous when I first wear it for awhile. However I dislike how it loses its shape so fast...hence why I have ordered it several times. For some weird reason my delivery date it promised didn't happen. Not cool. Otherwise great product when you first wear it!! The colors are fabulous!

I wanted to come on here to write another review now i’ve received my order ! I ended up being a bit nervous looking at other previous reviews but in my experience it really does seem like they’ve took on the feedback to improve their services , I received my package in the time estimated , the company they use for shipping passport , is a little slow on updating where the package is but still did get my package on time , happy with the customer service i received and it is a cheaper option for those who are wanting to order synthetic hair in the UK for outre and sensationnel

Company refuses to send me a…

Company refuses to send me a replacement item after they sent me a product filled with bugs. They put in writing that they would replace the item as soon as I returned the faulty product. See my photos on google.
