Order was placed originally on 06 Feb 26 to receive by valentines day. Once confirmed, the image of one item's photo was incorrect so I emailed the support team immediately. After advising of the issue of the year on an item, (one well into the future) the customer representative advised it had been changed on my account. I then received the order on the 12 Feb 26 to which the issue spoken about above had not been changed by any means.
I have reached out to customer support 3 times, although they don't seem to care about replying now that they received my money for the 3 items I purchased.
Somewhat dodgy experience. To add to the mix, one of the stands I received puts the plaque on a downwards angle.

This company is the epitome of why you should not shop on Instagram.
I was disappointed in Transparent Tracks. They charge $49.99 for a $1 piece of plastic with a poorly cut out and poorly lined up sticker applied to it. The map print was too dark to show any of the detail that is important and does not match the product photo.
Then they charge $14 for shipping.
Then the required stand that is shown in the photo... a 50 cent piece of wood costs an extra $15.
Finally, the icing on the cake: It was not clear to me that the item would be shipped from Australia so it was much later than expected and missed the special occasion I orderered it from, even though I paid an exorbitant fee for shipping. If I had gotten what was advertised it would have cost nearly $80 plus tax for a $5 item that was poorly handmade.
Regret.

Product was great but
I love the idea and the product would have been perfect if it wasn’t chipped on the edges. I know it traveled all they way from Australia, so I get it came damaged but I was a little bummed that happened.

They Tried
I watched as my wife peeled back the plastic then turned to me confused and said "What is this?" - Someone else'e order, that's what it was.
What I can comment on is that it did arrive the morning of Valentine's day - 12 day's from Australia to UK seemed fair to me. The quality seemed reasonable, lower than what I had expected but the print quality was passable. The customer service team did however handle the mix-up really well. Initially offered to resend a replacement item but when I asked for a refund instead they actioned it without any hassle.
In terms of value for money remind yourself this is a piece of transparent plastic with a map and some text printed on it. Would I order again? Unfortunately, no.
I also noticed on the email link prompting me to review that 1 or 2 stars takes me to a website judge.me whereas 3 stars and above takes you to Trustpilot. That seems a bit deceptive to me so amended from 3 stars to 2.

The heart is not positioned where you indicate it should be, but it's close
This is a unique product and my husband DID really like it, but the heart that denotes the exact location you hope to commemorate is not exact. I gave a specific address in NYC and the heart is not where the address should indicate....it is at least 15 blocks away on Central Park South. This defeats the purpose of the acrylic plaque in my opinion.

Their magnet is not recommend
I paid $45 including shipping for this magnet, and it is definitely not worth the price. It’s small, made of plastic, and feels incredibly cheap in person. I’m very disappointed with the quality.
