was advertised as a valentines present but it didn't state they were in Australia! despite being order on the 6th of Feb it arrived on the 17th.
it also had the wrong location! did try to double check but no option.

Everything about my experience was great. The shipping took a long time, but that’s understandable given the distance of the trip. If you’re ordering something in North America, make sure you order at least 2 weeks in advance of when you need your gift.

The product was even better than expected. I ordered one to show where my girlfriend and I met for Valentine's Day. She LOVED it! The only downfall is that the product comes from Australia, so make sure you order with plenty of time to spare. Although it still arrived within 2 weeks.

I didnt like they weren't more upfront…
I didnt like they weren't more upfront about the product being shipped from Australia. It took much longer to arrive than I expected, assuming the co was in the US.
Also, the marker on the map covers the building I marked, so you cant even see it. This was disappointing. Might be a google maps thing, but Im sure they could figure out a way to adjust it.
The stand piece I bought from them is completely inadequate for holding the large size I bought. It falls over ever chance it gets.

Update 2/20/26: It’s now been 18 days since I placed my order, and I still don’t have a clear delivery date—just the same canned response from Transparent Tracks pasted below.
In hindsight, I should have taken the lack of Facebook comments as a red flag. Disabling public feedback doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
At this point, the experience continues to be frustrating and disappointing, Valentine’s Day was a week ago. I would not order from this company again.

I placed my order on 2/2 for Valentine’s Day, but it wasn’t clear during checkout that it was shipping from Australia. Valentine’s Day arrived with no package. I never received an order confirmation or any shipping updates from Transparent Tracks. Thankfully, I was able to track down the order details through my credit card transaction.
At this point, I still don’t know when it will arrive. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and overall service. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from them again. I’m hoping the product itself ends up being worth the wait, but the buying experience has been frustrating.

Quality is not there. 20% higher quality on materials and print and this thing maybe works. Would never buy again. Cheap Instagram item that is promptly going in the garbage. Wood? Cheap with sloppy little cut. The map color is weird. Instagram vs reality.
