First Date location plaque
My plaque turned out perfect! It looked just like the example on the website. It is a very thoughtful and unique gift. The only thing that wasn't as expected is that I thought it would be glass, especially for the price, but it was a heavy duty plastic of some sort. However, I am still very happy with it and would order another one.

It looked amazing. My wife loved it and almost cried. It is just a sticker on the back, and I thought it would be “pressed” n between two pieces of plastic so it looked like poured resin almost but it’s not. BUT either way it’s amazing and it made my wife super happy! 9/10

I was pleasently surprised by how quick I got this, I ordered it for Valentines Day for my boyfriend. It was amazing quality and my boyfriend thought it was awesome and a great idea to celebrate our first date.

I thought it would be a nice Valentine's Day gift for my husband. However, it's not the correct address on the plaque. It's a random location that has nothing to do with our relationship. They are dragging their feet on replacing it with the actual address I ordered with. So far, very unimpressed with all of it.

Great gift but….
I love the product and the customer service was responsive, however, follow through lacked. I requested a correction on one plaque changing “United States” to Pennsylvania.
The other plaque was correct and the mistake didn’t ruin the gift but I wish it would’ve been correct.

My wife loved this as a gift. Its very thoughtful and unique. I would give it 5 stars if it were not for two things (that may or may not have been my own fault). 1) I thought that the purchase included some sort of stand or mount, and that the options offered were upgrades. I received only the clear printed plaque with no way of displaying it. I am handy, so I made a wood stand and it looks great now. 2) It took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. I ordered about 12 days before I needed it and it said that shipping was 4 days, but it took about 15 days to arrive. Overall, I would recommend.

AWFUL! I put 5 stars so the website hopefully wouldn’t sensor it and have my review deleted. My product arrived shattered, over 2 weeks after ordering. Despite them having a refund policy advertised on their website (and my concern being well within their policy), they refused to issue one after numerous requests, as they will only send me a free replacement rather than giving me any money back. After asking for my money back twice and only getting offered a replacement, supposedly they have sent another out. I asked for a tracking number, but it has not been provided. For such a low quality product with ridiculously high prices, take your money elsewhere!

Quality is great but the only thing I didn't realize is the date is a different format than how we see it in Canada. I think its a different format in Australia than it is here. Instead of reading April 1st (04/01) it says we met on January 4th (01/04)
