first time user after my usual company closed down unexpectedly.. I found their website easy to use and set up an account and had a very good experience with the delivery being picked up and delivered on time.

Simple and easy start to finish
The process was simple and easy start to finish.
Prices are good and very competitive.
Only negs are: I put on the form i would drop it at the depot, and FIVE DAYS LATER Aramex came to pick the parcel up from my residence. Also it takes about three hours for Transdirect to email the shipment label to affix to the package, which doesn't help if you're busy.

Easy shipment
The setting up of the shipment and the obtaining the costs, paying for it, and getting the label to attach is easy as. I clearly put on my form "will drop off to depot" ..... and FIVE DAYS LATER Aramex turn up at my house to pick the parcel up 🤣 it was probably delivered by then ! Its a great little system but it needs some tweaking. Maybe not having to wait several hours for the label to be emailed would also be an advantage.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Did not collect the confirmed day and did not rebook for the following day. Had to call 3 times and spent 15+ minutes on hold each time. Jenny in customer service had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Parcels still missing and the company has no idea where they are. (Meanwhile I ordered a mattress, and got live tracking) A courier company that has no idea where their couriers are - let alone your items - is a disgrace.

Give them a go
I recently used Transdirect to send large heavy crates to an interstate client. The processing of my order was quick and efficient. If you are looking to send larger items, (without a major carrier account) then Transdirect is the answer. Give them a go.
