They failed to collect my package for two days, this caused money and time loss with my Business. I canceled the delivery so i could go with a different company. I was refunded (which was good) but then charged again a week later. Reply to Transdirect reply - I’ve got email trails with all the info and no requests for more that effected delivery.

We entrusted this company with a time-critical pallet delivery from Melbourne to Sydney. The pallet was collected on Monday with an ETA of Wednesday. What followed was a week of frustration and complete operational failure.
There was no delivery. After multiple phone calls and repeated attempts to obtain accurate information, we were given vague assurances but no concrete update. By Friday, the pallet still had not arrived. We were then informed - only after we called them yet again - that delivery would not occur until the following Monday.
This shipment was required for a conference event on Saturday and Sunday. The failure to deliver on time compromised over six months of planning, preparation, and investment. As a direct result, we were unable to proceed with one of our scheduled events. The reputational and operational damage caused by this delay cannot be overstated. They then had the audacity to charge a redirection fee to send it back to Melbourne, despite failing to deliver the item in the first place.
Time-sensitive freight requires reliability, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, Transdirect demonstrated none of these qualities. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to meet a straightforward interstate delivery timeline between Melbourne and Sydney is entirely unacceptable.
I would strongly caution anyone relying on deadlines or critical event logistics to consider alternative providers.

Transdirect were far less expensive, easier to book and print labels and easier to track than others.
My packages arrived interstate the next day! Brilliant!
