Easy to use, great customer service

The website is very user-friendly and makes it simple to buy tickets, making it clear how much you are saving. When I wanted to exchange my ticket for another they were very helpful and responded to my request very quickly.

Glasgow to Rugby direct

Have travelled Glasgow to Rugby. Had to change seat for part of journey but was almost next to first one. No train changes. Massive price savings so hopefully journey back in a few days will be the same Excellent service and would recommend

Excellent customer service

Website is very user-friendly, fares compare favourably with other split ticket sites. Customer service was excellent when I requested a refund after a strike prevented me from travelling: response to my request was prompt, procedure was straightforward and payment was made quickly.

Fantastic service

Fantastic - i'd booked 11 tickets and due to split ticketing made a decent saving. Then a train strike was announced on my date of travel. Traintickets.com were amazing, responding promptly via email. The refund process was swift despite the fact I had already had the tickets printed, I just had to write 'void' on each ticket and send a photo via email. The refund was in my account a few days later. Very happy and won't hesitate to use again. Thanks you

Very upset with my train ticket

Very upset with my train ticket
The train I have booked was fused with another one and I have my places confiscated by another two person and me and my son had to moved from one to another seat
And notice I have broken my wrist this week

Confusing description and not a user-friendly itinerary

The itinerary sent by email was so vague and undescriptive for someone like me who is a tourist. The rail journey and destinations were marked with the same color as the tube journey to Marylebone. Londoners would know that rail starts from Marylebone, but those of us visiting need more detailed guidance.

The physical ticket itself was quite confusing. It had "London Underground Zone 1" as my departure place, but I was told only Marylebone is the departure point for rail journeys from London.

Ive been a regular using of train in last two weeks on 23th of May i
Got a ticket from TrainTickets.com
And they charged me two times i contacted them two
Times now not heard any thing from them yet.

Issue with email

Usually it’s all good, but last time I used your website the tickets didn’t get emailed to me until 12 hours later, which meant I had to book another ticket for my journey when I got to the station, because I didn’t have the emailed tickets to show.
