Excellent support for long running repair within warranty
I've had a complain about a too long repair status of my OnePlus 12. The support was excellent and they offered me a equivalent OnePlus15 as replacement for my long waiting time, which I accepted. Delivery is on its way. Excellent support and customer service!

I had problem with the charger after some months. I sent email email to support, within a week i got the replacement for free.

They're asking me for €80 to pay for…
They're asking me for €80 to pay for the return when the product doesn't match the description, has an unstable Wi-Fi connection, limitations, and Google Play doesn't work even though their website says it should. Their support leaves much to be desired, as they respond with templates.
EDIT: The phone has serious Wi-Fi connection problems; it has no access to the 6GHz band, and when I'm connected to Wi-Fi 7, I can't launch Google Play, It says "something went wrong" probably due to network connection issues. I've sent a screenshot to the support team, but the article description on their website doesn't mention these kinds of limitations or restrictions with Wi-Fi.
EDIT2: The product has serious WIFI connectivity issues that were not disclosed during the purchase process or presented as disadvantages.
This can be included within the clause 1.2 of TradingShenzhen
EDIT 3: They have blocked my account with no reason despite I have been a customer since 2023

Sorry, we never would ask for some return fee, when the product doesn't work. But even your review here shows most of the people, that everything is fine, because the statement that Google Play doesn't work is so impossible. Therefore Iam sure that my colleague is thinking, that everything is OK with the device and it is a return out of not liking the device and this has a return fee, as we take over all the costs for a return. But we are open and love to be surprised. When it arrives he will check it and if it is the first device in 10 years of business, sold thousands of times to other customers, where Google Play store doesn't work, you get full refund, even of the 80€.
And colleague send me your tickets. Strangely, that there is a problem with the play store was mentioned only after we asked for the return fee in a second mail. Strange, but we are open to test this strange behavior of this one device in 10 years, where Google Play Store won't work.
Update: as nobody has this problems. How should we mention it. A couple of iPhone users have problems with wifi, with display and other, should they mention all errors?

After my phone broke, they quickly responded to my problem. Tried to solve case locally, but it didn't work.
The only drawback is that after sending them my phone I had no information about status of the repair. After 3 months passed ( that's the maximum time according to their policy when I should het my phone back) I asked for help. When they heard about my problem, they sent me a brand new phone immediately which is good.
All in all really good service although the repair itself takes some time.

You ordered on the 29.05, it got procced on the 31.05, today we have the 2.06. It wasn't send yet.
On the website we write down, ready to send 2-5 working days, and you had right now 2-3 working days, as order came a weekend in between.
So, you coming to Trustpilot, to tell your frustration, about a procedure which is right now still in normal progress. I know, most of the people are used to Amazon, pay today, got send out tomorrow and be delivered the day after. Sorry, we aren't Amazon and this is normal processing time.
I would love to get a review, when the product arrived and you be successfully happy, but waiting for 2 days and reviewing is kind of unfair.
