Initially I ordered the wrong product. The support team was very quick to help. As was the understanding shown towards my mistake. The refund was also very quick, so I could order the correct product. I recommend it without a doubt.

So, this was my first order from TradingShenzhen... I'm really into tech and just discovered the Honor Magic8 Pro AIR.
Since this was my first purchase, delivery from EU warehouse was decisive.
Talking about delivery, this was genuinely FAST! It took them only 2 days to get the Honor Air to my doorstep!
I definitely appreciate all the product information, specs and even reviews on their website. You can really make a good comparison between all the models they sell.
Very clear and transparent info!
For now I have heavily debloated the Honor Air, which has a Chinese ROM, and got everything working just like a global one...
eSIM, Android Auto, NFC banking, everything works just fine!
I'm very happy with TradingShenzhen and would definitely not spend the premium on EU phones anymore.
(now considering buying the Oppo x9 Ultra from them).

I had a very disappointing experience with TradingShenzhen.
I purchased an Honor Magic 8 Pro from them and paid a significant amount of money, expecting a premium device and decent customer support. Unfortunately, the phone is full of Chinese language elements. Chinese text appears throughout the system in many places, making the user experience frustrating.
When I contacted their customer support for help, instead of offering a solution, I was told, "Couldn't you have watched YouTube videos first?" I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after spending so much money on the device.
After this conversation, my account on their website was blocked, and since then nobody from customer support has replied to my messages. I have screenshots of our conversation to document what happened.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I'm also worried that if the phone develops a hardware problem in the future, I may not be able to rely on them for warranty service either.
Based on my personal experience, I recommend thinking three times before buying from TradingShenzhen. Good customer support is just as important as a good price, and unfortunately I did not receive it.

What kind of refund are you talking about??? You blocked my account... and when I asked what I should do, your support company sent me a response... quote below

I ordered the official OPPO Photography Kit from TradingShenzhen. Upon arrival, the product had a critical manufacturing defect: the M/W button on the detachable module is broken/loose from the factory, making the entire kit completely unusable.
I contacted their European service partner (Desktronik / D. Behrendt) and provided a clear video proof. On June 11th, Mr. Behrendt officially approved the warranty claim in writing, stating: "A Service Center Agent will send you a new one."
Since that day, it has been total radio silence. I have sent multiple polite follow-up emails (on June 16th, 19th, and 23rd) to both Desktronik and TradingShenzhen's central support. Absolutely zero replies. No tracking number, no updates, nothing.
It is completely unacceptable to ignore a customer after formally acknowledging a factory defect on a brand-new item. I am still stuck with a useless piece of hardware.
EDIT: I am updating my initial review to highlight the remarkable commercial gesture and responsibility taken by TradingShenzhen's central management regarding a defective Oppo photography kit.
Initially, the process was complicated due to a total lack of response after three written follow-ups, which left me feeling abandoned and led to my initial negative rating.
However, once the head office took over the ticket, the situation was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Since Oppo has discontinued this specific accessory and no official spare parts are available, TradingShenzhen spontaneously and unconditionally processed a full refund of €380 without forcing a complex international return process for a broken item.
While a more proactive and transparent communication from the start would have prevented these misunderstandings, a 100% refund on a discontinued item proves that this shop has a premium, high-quality after-sales service that stands behind its customers.
Thank you to the support team for this noble and generous resolution. Highly recommended for their honesty and reliability.

The company's customer support service left me positively surprised.
I've had an issue with the buds I've ordered together with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The problem popped up approximately after two months of use. Tried to restart them myself, didn't help. So after passing all the technical information related to the problem to the support agent the whole thing was resolved within a couple days. The delivery (and that is, to the Czech Republic) also took just a couple days, which is, again, surprisingly fast.
So overall a real pleasant experience. Would recommend the company for sure.

Customer service is slow and will use mainly templates. Cheaper prices but bigger problems.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company.
I placed an order using Apple Pay, and the payment was successfully taken. However, instead of processing the order, they blocked it and repeatedly requested sensitive personal information, including ID and card details.
I refused to provide this information, as my bank explicitly advised me not to share such data. I then requested a refund, but my messages were ignored for several days despite multiple attempts to contact them. When they did reply, it was mostly with template responses and no proper explanation. At one point, they even claimed this was due to “Visa rules” and a “credit score level,” which is incorrect and misleading. I was talking with Yini B.
The situation only changed after I clearly stated that I would initiate a formal chargeback with my bank for “goods not received” and escalate the issue to European consumer protection authorities. After that, I received a response very quickly and the refund process was finally initiated.
What made the situation worse was the inconsistency. I had previously used a similar card with no issues, yet this time the order was blocked after payment was already taken. This suggests a poorly designed internal system, which is not an acceptable excuse for poor customer service or for holding customer funds.
To be fair, the refund is now being processed, but the overall experience was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
I would be cautious when ordering, especially if something goes wrong, as support may not handle issues properly.
———
Edit: I will not be rewriting or removing my review, as it accurately reflects my experience and the timeline of events.
The issue was never that additional verification was requested, but rather the way the situation was handled. I requested cancellation on 22 June, yet the order was not cancelled until 24 June after multiple follow-up emails. During that time no practical solution was offered despite my willingness to complete the purchase using an alternative payment method.
I also disagree with the suggestion that my review is unprofessional or fabricated. It is based entirely on our written communications and my genuine experience as a customer. As of 25 June at 10:11, the refunded funds had still not been received, although I understand card refunds may take several business days to appear.

I ordered a OnePlus 15 Chinese Version (Global version not available) flashed to Global Rom. From ordering on a weekend, the phone took just 11 days to reach me from China to the UK.
The phone arrived wrapped in cellophane with a leaflet containing a QR code to download software to flash the phone yourself, leading me to believe the phone was still on Chinese software.
However, the box must have been re-wrapped as the phone is indeed on the Global Rom, ready to be set up.
The phone is spotless and performing amazingly so far. Absolutely no reception issues, confirming what the coverage checker on the website stated.
Banking apps work no problem (I have 6 installed and running) and I updated the software to the latest Oxygen OS again with no problems.
Trading Shenzhen also included a plug converter as the plug in the box is Chinese, however I just use my usual cables which work no problem (just don't get the super fast charging but that doesn't matter to me).
Very impressed so far, hope I don't need to try their support services but so far so good.

⭐ 2/5 - Compatibility Check is misleading
I purchased the OPPO Find N6 (PLP110 Chinese version) after using their Compatibility Check tool, which confirmed full 5G compatibility with Bouygues France (bands N1 and N78 - both green checkmarks).
Reality after purchase:
❌ No 5G with Lycamobile France (Bouygues network) - stuck on LTE only
❌ All outgoing calls appear as anonymous to recipients
The same SIM card works perfectly with 5G on other phones, so the problem is clearly the Chinese firmware (CN01) which is not fully compatible with European operators.
The Compatibility Check only verifies hardware bands but does NOT disclose firmware/software limitations that prevent full functionality with European operators. This is misleading at the point of sale.
Buyer beware - always ask specifically if the Chinese firmware is fully compatible with YOUR operator before purchasing.
---
UPDATE - June 2026:
After several exchanges with TradingShenzhen support, I can now share how they handle complaints.
During our correspondence, their support acknowledged that the Compatibility Check only compares hardware frequencies and cannot guarantee actual compatibility with specific providers. In other words, the tool that led me to purchase this device offers no real guarantee.
Despite this acknowledgement, and despite their own Warranty Regulations stating that software problems can be solved by a firmware flash, they refused to offer any solution.
Their final responses included:
- "you may sell the device if it doesn't fit you"
- "if you don't like the device you decided to buy, you need to sell it"
This is the level of after-sales support you can expect if something goes wrong. The device itself may be fine for many users, but if you encounter compatibility issues with European operators, do not expect any help from this store.

Ordering was simple and straightforward. I chose Klarna as the payment method, as it gives me a sense of security because I don't have to pay upfront. Payments can be postponed for up to 30 days after receiving the order, and Klarna provides mechanisms for reporting any issues that may arise.
The estimated delivery time was 10–15 working days and this was clearly communicated. I placed the order on May 31 and received it on June 10 (8 working days later). Tracking information was provided, and I was able to follow the shipment for most of its journey. The item was well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in a plastic bag. I asked some questions before deciding to purchase the phone, and TradingShenzhen responded quickly. My impression was that they were not simply trying to make a sale. Their answers were clear, honest, and informative. They even pointed out certain limitations and things they could not guarantee, making it clear that the final decision and any associated risk was mine.
I am very satisfied with my new phone, especially the camera. It meets my expectations and matches the impression I had of what to expect from a phone running the Chinese version of the software.

Amazing company, have purchased both a Xiaomi 17 pro phone from them and a Xiaomi Tablet 7 ultra.
Both with pre installed google services and store.

The delivery was fast, taking only 8 days, and everything arrived undamaged and fully working. It was a nice touch to find a European plug adapter included as a bonus. I'm really happy with the phone itself — all apps install fine, network connection is great, and every feature works perfectly. The only downside is the deformed screen protector (there’s a visible bend on it).
