I bought one plus 15 .The phone arrived in 11 days to Greece , everything works well it's so smooth and tracking app was quite good with the informations.Not gonna lie the phone is better than I expected,very good job.

Received my new phone, everything was correctly advertised and it arrived quickly as soon as I sorted an issue with my postcode. Prices are really good compared to purchasing a phone locally.

I would recommend doing your research regarding the limitations of ordering a Chinese phone beforehand, although I've had zero issues in the UK.

Highly recommend this company. Bought my Oneplus 12 about two years ago there and can not be happier with it. Every thing works great and the price is awesome for what you get. It took about a month to deliver back then, which is alright, but I have seen that it takes about 10 days now to deliver it to germany which is great.

Ordered Oneplus 15 from China and it was with me within 9 days. There are three small limitations due to the China version (Esim, stream on device only in sd and no 2 year warranty) and I can fully live with that. But I have a top phone with 1TB of storage at a great price.

Phone (oneplus 15 global/eu variant) came in 1 week (netherlands)
From eu warehouse. phone was sealed and works exactly like it should.

I make an order on a smartphone that it was in stock and after 1 week the send me an email that the phone is not in stock anymore and they can't send it. How is this possible? Not reliable at all. I will never shop again from tradingshenzhen. Scam site

My delivery experience was fantastic and the order completed very fast from china to my home adress. However my thoughts about oneplus 15 that i bought are mixed. Camera module has some dust inside the lens, and a very tiny scratch. Also sometimes seems there is an issue with signal ( suddenly signal stop working and need re-enter the pin to work again). I dont know if the smartphone was new or second handed but generaly it works well. I bought it like a new as they advertise it but i have my doubts. The repair is very delayed option and need around 4 months to send it and take it back, so it was not good option for me to be withought smartphone for so long time.

I promised an update, and here is the final resolution.

After being completely ignored regarding a fair solution for the unacceptable 4-month wait, I took matters into my own hands and opened a formal chargeback dispute through my bank (Mastercard).

How did TradingShenzhen react? Instead of communicating, their system automatically blocked my account, cutting off all direct access to support in a retaliatory move.

However, banking regulations are stronger than their internal policies. The Mastercard arbitration carefully reviewed the case, recognized that a 4-month waiting time for a warranty repair violates standard consumer rights, and ruled entirely in my favor. The exact amount of €893 was forcefully reversed from TradingShenzhen's merchant account and returned to me.

The lesson here is simple: If they had just acted professionally and offered a replacement or a quick fix, they would have kept the money and a loyal customer. Instead, they chose to fight, ignored me, banned my account, and ultimately lost the bank dispute and the funds.

My advice to anyone facing this: Do not accept the 4-month logistical black hole. If your phone dies under warranty and they refuse a reasonable timeframe, do not waste time arguing. Call your bank, provide the shipping proof, and open a chargeback for "defective merchandise." It works.

I wanted to share my story because when you spend €893 on a flagship like the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, you expect a certain level of reliability and, above all, support.

Everything was fine until, out of nowhere, the screen just went black. I was using it normally, no drops, no water, nothing. It just died. I guess it was a factory defect, because there were absolutely no damage on my side. The phone was (is) in perfect aesthetic condition. I also documented the whole process through photos and videos (which I obviously still have, and which are also in a Google Drive link as evidence).

I followed the rules: I contacted support and they told me to send it to Desktronik in Germany (their official "repair" partner in Europe). From what I know, they didn't even perform a diagnosis (or at least they didn't tell me anything about it). They just sent me a standard email saying they have no spare parts and they aren't even allowed to open the phone because it would void the warranty. What is the point of having an official "European Service Partner" if they are forbidden from even checking the device? It feels like a logistical trick just to delay the process.

But here is where it gets frustrating: I’m being told it has to go to China and I could be without my phone for anywhere between 1 to 4 months. Honestly, how is it possible for a company that considers itself "professional" to give such a vague timeframe? There is a massive difference between 1 month and 4 months.

I’m sorry, but waiting up to 4 months for a phone I’ve only owned for 90 days is not acceptable. By the time it comes back, it’ll be a "last year" model and I’m currently stuck using a laggy old backup phone. I’ve tried to ask for a serious commitment—a 30-day turnaround, a replacement, or a refund—but I didn't receive any response yet and I feel kinda ghosted.

I’m documenting this case step-by-step to see how TradingShenzhen actually handles a crisis like this. Is the "premium" price just for the hardware, or is there a real company behind it when things go wrong?
