Very easy to order and quick delivery
Love the bags Great quality and a great size to carry everything I need when out and about

The quality is good, the zipper slides smoothly. What I like is that the shoulder strap is wide enough so it doesn't put too much pressure on my shoulders when the contents of my bag are quite heavy. At first it looks big but after filling it and using it, it looks just right for my small body posture. Nice bag.

Returning items is almost impossible. I’ve already sent three emails and still haven’t received any response. I currently have €200 worth of bags at home that are perfectly fine, but I can’t return them because I’m getting no response from customer service.

Absolutely disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t order from TØTE again.

Really disappointed with the quality. For €40, I expected much better than this. I’ve only had the bag for 2 months and the inside is already ripped and falling apart.

I literally only use this bag to go to work, so it hasn’t been used for anything heavy or extreme. After only 2 months, it’s already broken. Of course I can’t return it anymore because too much time has passed, but a €40 bag should definitely last longer than this.

The material and finishing just feel very cheap for the price. Honestly such a waste of money. I would rather buy a similar bag from Uniqlo for less and probably get much better quality.

Quick delivery, fair price and very good quality

They are a scam!!! The bag I ordered ripped open in less than a week, and they have ignored all my emails and messages. They do not reply to help solve the problem. The quality is poor, and the customer service is shockingly bad.

The experience was great throughout. Informed throughout, delivery as expected. Great product, looked exactly like the picture but what you couldn’t tell from the pictures was the great quality of the material.

Well i ordetrd the bag with out the zip and ajustable strap by mistake and toge bags gave me a 15 euros gift card so i could re order the bag i should have got as i couldn't be bothered to sens it back the size of the tote bags are really good

Horrible in every way. I ordered a tote bag and a toiletries bag from them. Both were the lowest quality possible, the tote even arriving damaged. After sending out five emails, each time I was asked to explain what is wrong, send pictures and offered a 25€ store credit if i kept the items. Only after explicitly complaining about this was I offered return instructions, with a label that I of course was supposed to pay for. Unbelievable

The bag was really flimsy. Cost £44 and to return it cost £33. Customer Support didn't reply to my emails. Do not buy direct from TOTE in The Netherlands.

I discovered this company completely by chance, and their bag design immediately caught my attention. It was pretty much exactly what I’d been looking for: a bag that’s compact and practical, but at the same time spacious enough to carry everything I need, whether I’m heading out for the day or going to work.

I also have to mention the customer service, which is genuinely excellent. They respond quickly, are easy to reach, and whenever you need assistance, they’re there and ready to help.

This is definitely a company with a bright future, and I’m very glad I came across them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! For a refurnd you have to apparently email them but they do not respond and I already mailed multiple times and am waiting for a long time. Also the quality’s shit. I will remove my review once they respond to me.

An excellent Tote, comfortable crossbody with the broad strap, and ample room for my needs. Well made, prompt despatch and good comms.

first they ignored me for a couple of weeks, and then said they were changing their system. then when i asked to return the bag, they sent me a link which did not recognised me, so i wrote to them and sent a screen shot of the problem which they ignored and simply sent me the same link again. I am beyond frustrated with this company sadly.

I regularly use my bike and always have problems with my bagpack. I am surprised nike/adidas/gymshark have not tapped into this niche such as Tote has. Positively surprised by both the quality of product and their overall service.

I own several Tøte products and I’m officially addicted to their style. I recently purchased the new wallet in black and I love it, for its fashion, for how soft it is and how well-built looks, it has good quality. The only thing that personally bothers me a bit is that it’s a tad too small for cards. Maybe it would be cool to have a bigger option, I’d definitely purchase it. Same size, just a bit more room for cards. But overall, it’s beautiful, it’s fashionable and I love it!
I also got the carabiner and you might think it’s just a carabiner, but it looks so cool and it has amazing quality. And finally got the FIN bag, and it is perfect for carrying smaller stuff, I’d personally like the strap to be wider but that’s just personal taste. The order experience has improved so much since last time, the shipping nailed the delivery, and customer service is a 10 out of 10 always. Love this brand, and I’ll continue to buy new stuff from them!

The company itself is very clean and professional, and their website paired with Shop was one of the easiest purchases I’ve had in a long time. I bought their khaki green stitched side bag, and have used it almost every day for a week. No complaints, and I have received at least a dozen compliments on it. The color is vibrant but not overpowering, the material is well done and is semi water proof, which helps protect your items until you find cover. The bag holds my large yeti water bottle (1L), my rain coat and my other jacket with some room to spare. The inside handles make the bag very versatile for shopping and everyday use. 1000/10.
