Company takes orders for delivery… but no show

Company takes orders for delivery during corona outbreak but then decides to cancel order and not even send a email or text or call to tell you they aren’t going to be delivering to you since your not important enough for them. Will never step a foot in their store ever again!

Coupons are misleading

The 15% coupon that comes in their circular is misleading. The 15% off comes off of the highest price of wine and not off of the lowest price(buy 6 bottles) which is shown on the shelf. Therefore, you only get 5% off.

Very poor customer service Coral Springs store University Drive

Was in the total wine on university drive in coral springs Florida. Purchased numerous bottles of liquor. ( Gin) Noticed a sign that said $13.99 for a large 15 bottle case of schweppes tonic water. Upon cashing out I told the cashier that it was on sale she asked two other cashiers and a manager they all said no you have to pay the full price. I said why do you have a sale sign on there ? no we have to charge you the full price. So I walked out took a picture of the sale price and then requested a refund they said they could not do it. That is very very poor customer service you advertise something and you don’t honor. So I would like to give that store a very poor review. Back to the store in plantation they treat you like humans in there.

Vivino... sad customer service!

I have had a good experience at the…

I have had a good experience at the Total Wine that opened up over a year ago in San Mateo, California. Their Prices are a lot better than than most other wine and spirit stores in this area. The employees have always been very helpful and have put in special orders that I requested. I have received 2 rewards from them since they have opened.

Do not shop here thinking their reward…

Do not shop here thinking their reward program is worth it...... it’s not. Been a “Grand Reserve” member for over a year and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Every store has a transparent policy regarding high allocation whiskey. Not once did I receive a call..... coupons that are pain to use, sales associates that seem to be more interested in what they can get then helping customers. With the volume this store handles you just know they keep the good stuff hidden.

Go literally anywhere else

I witnessed the store manager at 1201 Barbara Jordan Blvd, Austin, TX (at least she said she was the store manager) treating a young man like he was sub-human. I overheard them talking. The young man was polite and never cussed or lost his temper, but the manager threw a tantrum from what seemed like a legitimate concern about the staff treating him poorly. He told the manager that he would be writing a review and she yelled for everyone to hear, "go ahead, we negate those anyway!" I'm not sure how this person got into a position of management, but this is a poor example of customer service and it's no wonder the staff there follows her example. I like Total Wine more than Spec's but it might be time to make the switch permanently. This kind of behavior should not be allowed and I really hope someone somewhere reads this and is able to do something about it.

aggressive clerk was overreacting

Was looking for cherry liquor. Asked customer Ser desk where to find. Went to the area and found a nice selection of flavors of liquor. Stopped at a large flavored vodka display and found cherry flavored vodka for .99 a tiny bottle. Took two and tried checking out. I held out my I’d (I am 65) and clerk questions the relationship I have with the young woman I am with (??) I didn’t think it was any of her business! “Clerk asked me if she was my daughter?” I said no. She asked the young woman for her ID. She explained she doesn’t have one yet she is only 16. Clerk is highly suspicious and rude as she continues her ridiculous rant wanting an ID or she wouldn’t let me buy my needed cherry vodka. I told her it was for a cake I am making as I am a professional baker. She called her supervisor over to OK the sale! What an ordeal! I am good looking, well dressed professional. The girl I was with is my client. Terrible assumption that I was buying tiny vodka bottles for a minor! I do not like being accused of something that was never on my mind. Sassy clerk! Will never go back. Purchasing my liquor at the locally owned store.

Brandon FL location service top notch

I went to the Brandon FL location armed with a gift card and with online recommendations of the best affordable brands of Vodka and Tequila in hand, plus the love of a specific Pinot Grigio in mind. The manager assisted me in locating my choice, plus he made suggestions and recommendations that sealed the deal. This man knows his spirits. I didn't get his name, but he has earned a customer.

Unbeatable selection

This place embodies everything that is right with the modern superstore. Of course, I'd rather go visit a winery or brewery. But for the sheer volume of choices and friendly staff, you can't beat it.
