My credit card was charged for an order I placed on-line on Feb 12, 2026; however, this order is not reflected in my order history at the Marketview Liquor website. I called at 4:15 EST today to check the actual status of my order as I'd had no acknowledgement of it whatsoever from Marketview Liquor. I was rudely told that only shipping could check this and I'd have to call them Monday morning because shipping had left at 4 pm EST.
This is extremely poor customer service and is inexcusable. IF Marketview Liquor can find my order on Monday, it will be the last one. IF they can't find it, then I'll have to contact my bank to dispute the payment to them. Any of which could have been easily avoided if customer service was a true priority.

A seamless experience from start to finish! Easy online ordering, superb packaging, and fast, damage-free delivery. I'm thoroughly enjoying the white wine with friends and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Prices are excellent here on most everything, some few items are priced higher than others but for the most part very competitive. They have a great selection of wiskey and always my go to for wiskey. The selection of wine is okay but missing some top south america choices

I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money.

I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.

I orderd a hard to find case of wine & was amazed at how soon it was delivered to me. I will happily order from them again.

The best liquor store in Rochester by far. The owners and all the employees are very nice and like a family. And the prices are the best 👍

I found the women at ck out not friendly at all, just because you hav a profitable business does not mean you are above anyone.. Just like we are blessed to Hav stuff , pls keep in mind it can dissipate in the blink of an eye.. Pls teach ur women staffers to be a little more humble.. Greet folks and thank them for choosing to shop there.. Food for thought

Ordered a mixed case of wine. Shipment came in so fast it arrived earlier than the date requested for delivery, so the only problem was that no one over 21 was home on Friday to sign for the shipment, but I eagerly awaited the delivery on Monday. Order was correctly completed. Will use them again.

Fantastic store to buy from. I have ordered many cases of wine from them and I could not be more pleased. Customer service is the best. Selection is good and price structure is very reasonable. You can get a case of good wine without having to mortgage the house. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I placed my order online requiring delivery on a specific day in NYC, many miles from Rochester. Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit.

I have total trust in this business. Very friendly, competent, reliable.
