I have been a customer of Total Wine in…
I have been a customer of Total Wine in Sterling Heights Mi. since they opened in 2020 and have had a very frustrating problem for a couple weeks. My mobile app wouldn’t open so the cashier ran my purchase using my phone number. Everything looked good until I had to change my password on my app and lost all my rewards information including my 812 points. I went to the store for help and instead of helping me they gave me an 800 number to call. After three days of listening to a recording of how busy they were I returned to the store for help and manager John told me to email Total Wine instead of helping me. I’m still trying to recover my rewards points, but no one wants to help me. They really don’t care about customer satisfaction.
National customer service
The store I was shopping at actually was excellent with their customer service and overall experience. The customer service via telephone on a national level was horrible I've called 4 times now and I've never gotten through. I've left my name and number for a call back and never once got a call back
My new Go-To for Curbside
My new Go-To with the new pickup option. Order everything online and having them bring it out to your car is a game changer!
My experience here was horrible
My experience here was horrible! I was approached by a woman who was clearly upset about greater issues. My sisters and I was going in to purchase one item, when we were profiled and asked to leave. We didn't cause a scene. Still unsure why she asked us to leave. We were all of age and didnt cause any harm to anyone. I can only think race because we literally did nothing. I will never be back.
I am writing about CUSTOMER SERVICE at…
I am writing about CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Wilmington, Delaware (McKenna's Church Road) store.
On Saturday afternoon, July 2, I bought two bottles of bourbon but was charged $10.50 more for one of them than I thought the sticker price on the bin had indicated. The fellow in front of me had a similar problem with a different item.
When I went to CUSTOMER SERVICE, the woman (I believe her name is Suzanne) behind the counter acted as if she was doing me a favor to check the price. Turns out, the sticker for the smaller bottle of the same brand of bourbon had been slid over to the larger bottle.
Still, there were no apologies.
I will not be setting foot in your store again, even though the prices seem reasonable and the store carries a particular bourbon brand no one else carries.

Good prices and had a problem with a purchase and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Bob at the Natick store rectified the situation, thanks!!
Fantastic place to shop and buy…
Fantastic place to shop and buy anything from Beer, wine to the finest liquors. They used to have a taste testing room and knowledge on wine classes just for being a member who comes in frequently. Points add up fast and you get money off your orders. I really wish they would open up the classes and back room again. Covid is over Foke's unless your woke. I'm alive and well, so are you if your reading this! 2022 is time to celebrate.
Total Wine - Out of touch
This company does not have a clue how to incentivize their own consumers in to buying more. For years I buy nothing but Beer at Total Wine. Lots and lots of Beer. The computerized cash registers accurately ring in my purchases every time. Yet, I only receive discount coupons for Wine. Always Wine. These offers do nothing to encourage me to come back to their store. One single discount coupon on a 6-pack of Beer is all it would take to bring me back. Do you think someone intelligent at Total Wine corporate would create a computer algorithm to match coupons with their customers?
Got my elderly mother out the other…
Got my elderly mother out the other day, and took her to Total Wine & More to get a few things for the holidays, as we had heard how big the place was, and what an awful experience it was. Firstly, as soon as we walked in, a "greeter" chastised us for our "improper" mask placement ( it was fine ). We were going to leave right then, but as we had driven 23 miles, we decided to stick it out. Yes, the store is vast, but the signage was terrible, and as we wandered around looking for certain items, we decided to ask a worker for guidance. He said he was "busy" & told us to search for someone else, before walking away. The second person we found was clearly inexperienced, and the third person begrudgingly listened to our queries, but really couldn't appear to care less. We left before getting anything, and on the way out, stopped a manager to tell him what happened, and he replied, "You can write a letter to the company." Trust me, the dollar or two you might save is NOT worth being treated like that.

Pearland location is vary bad service all rudely talking to customer and employee stealing rewards points if we don’t have phone number never go back to store I suggest to everyone DO NOT GO This Pearland location 👎👎👎👎
No attempt to deliver in Alpharetta
Alpharetta - The local delivery driver claimed the recipient was not present but in reality, the driver never showed up to make the delivery. I phoned the business and both receptionists say no one ever showed up to make a delivery at the time stated. In addition, Georgia is a state where anyone over 21 can sign to receive the wine.
More likely, the driver saw he was going to have to park and walk to the business and then go to the 3rd floor. That would put a time crunch on his delivery schedule.
Note that Total Wines deliveries has a terrible rating.
Disappointing customer service
I bought a bottle of wine for $199 and when opening it the cork broke. It was undrinkable. It was definitely incorrectly stored at the store. When I went to the store the manager said: "there is nothing I can do". Unbelievable for me. Such poor customer service and very disappointing. They didn't even offer me a small store credit. Just a very rude, short answer. This was the last time I bought wine there. Definitely. You lost a valued customer over bad customer service.
Grand reserve member marketing advice.
Constructive criticism from a Grand reserve member.
Fact: Your reward discount coupon rewards disaster is by far the most confusing, head scratching, and absurd marketing program I have ever experienced.
Advice: Keep it simple.
Never shipped my order...No viable resolution and dodged my request to talk to a supervisor
I placed an order on Tuesday with the promise of 1-3 days for shipping. No updates whatsoever while they charged me $120.00+ for what I bought. On Wednesday, no update and when talking online to the customer service rep, they said "my order has not shipped" and that it should "ship tonight." The said rep could not give me anything else.
Come Friday, I messaged again as I recieved no update on my order. When I called, they offered no resolution and only promised Monday. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, they gave me the same excuse that "no one was available."
I cancelled my order in anger. I don't appreciate false advertising and "scripted" customer service. Not shopping here again,
There is NO MANDATE for masks in…
There is NO MANDATE for masks in Collier County,, FL. So --> Absolutely Not! Boycott this company until they stop making their customers and employees acquiesce to their own enslavement. Naples, FL total wine, in particular, are Commie Sympathizers "mandating" their own patrons to muzzle up to shop there.
NOPE. NOT GOING TO GO BACK EVER until this company gets off their lazy bottoms and does the REAL scientific research & knocks off this nonsense! The managers and employees and every last costumer MUST be FREE in a FREE country to breathe freely. This company aids and abeits the nefarious CCP and acts as an enemy of we, the people, until they drop their whiney, "but we're a private company" nonsense.
NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!
I am beyond fed up with the whole "wear a mask" SHEEPLE mentality. It is not a mandate. Do you know what that means? It means the government doesn't want to deal with the backlash so they put the responsibility on the companies. And if the government doesn't care and is leaving it up to the discretion of companies, do you know what THAT means? It means OUR LIVES ARE NOT IN DANGER IF WE DO NOT WEAR ONE!!! But the "KARENS" (male and female) working at the Altamonte location are so WOKE that they harass anyone not wearing one. Get over your virtue signaling. You're JUST liquor store clerks!
they are bank details thieves
beware. this is a thief site. they stole my bank details and they debited my bank account. I hear them contacting for a refund but no response to this theft. they stole from me on Monday March 29 at 12:13 pm I ask this site to reimburse me. and I will keep you posted
All selections were great
All selections were great! Enjoyed the variety and the choices. Was able to buy Glenlivet with them. Absolutely love it, one of the easiest to drink scotch's ever. Especially good for beginners trying to avoid peat or complex off-putting flavours.
Discrimination towards those with…
Discrimination towards those with medical conditions. Was kicked out of the store and refused service because I am unable to wear a mask.
Will not be supporting a company that has blatant disregard for people with disabilities and medical conditions.
Would recommend to anyone!
I came here after a crummy day hoping to lighten up my mood with a bottle of rum. I went through Erica's line and she absolutely was AMAZING!!!!! I cannot say enough good about her!!!!! She was so patient and friendly. I believe she is the nicest person that I have met since moving to Florida. She truly is a great worker and believe she deserves a raise for the excellent customer service.
