I used TMC for repairs after an accident. They were efficient and helpful and the car looked as good as new afterwards.

My car was repaired by Total Motor Care after a minor accident. The service provided was excellent. I received a courtesy car for the duration and I was very happy with the final result.

Car was fixed lovely. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the lack of communication as to how it was going. I was told 4-5 days. It was me calling, for an update. Think they should of updated me. Especially as it took over 2wks before I got car back. The car was cleaned really well when I did get it back

I use Total motor care at Sandwich Industrial estate to do my ford Kuga’s MOT and service. I knew it needed things done to it all break pads and discs etc so I was dreading the bill.
I had not previously used them.
I can honestly say they went above and beyond for me even collecting me back and forth from another town, they did an incredible job and the car has come back valeted inside and out.
The bill was extremely reasonable far less than what I was expecting.
Can’t say that that’s ever happened at a garage I’ve been to before and I’ve been driving for 30 years.
I was left thinking this is where I’ll always come in the future. Great customer service and best of all you do not get ripped off.

Excellent work carried out.I got my vehicle back a week earlier than expected.It was returned with a full valet service.This was a damage repair.Would I use this garage 100% yes.But I hope not

TMC recently completed a repair to my car after a minor accident. Work was completed very satisfactorily and on time. Friendly service kept me informed at all times. Courtesy car was perfectly adequate.

They were very efficient and very friendly.

It would have been 5 stars except for the fact I wasted time bringing the car over for the weekend and borrowing a hire car, when I found out the work could’ve taken a lot less time. Plus it could’ve been done a lot earlier, as my new vehicle has been sat at the dealers waiting for me for over a month. Had to get wing mirror done to replace old for new car.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful on Friday (16th) and today (19th) when I returned it.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

NB : you do need better sign posts to find you!!

The guys in the repair shop were helpful polite and explained how long it would take and kept me updated on my progress.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Can’t fault them at all. They bent over backwards to get my vehicle repaired. The quality the work was exemplary.

Can’t fault the service and workmanship from TMC. Even managed to sort out an issue with insurance company who hadn’t specked the job correctly.

The team handled our repair professionally, timely and with friendly service. We were scheduled in weeks in advance, they provided us with a courtesy car (a bit small), and Craig kept us informed throughout.

They have been extremely helpful and I was extremely impressed with how my COMBO was returned to me. They were very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone
