I bought a mini countryman that was in a N category. I bought it unseen so I was naturally apprehensive. I could not be happier with the car. It looks brand new and I have managed to buy a car that was completely out of my price range if it had not been in a category. Total motor care did the repairs and gave 5 years warranty with the body work. Dan is a brilliant bloke to deal with and has gone above and beyond what I asked him to do.

From the moment I called, Dave & the team went above & beyond to help us & provided my daughter & I with a 5 star, exceptional service. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Huge thanks to you all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Craig was really helpful and did his best to get my car back to me asap. My car was hit, by a hit and run, while stationed outside my house. And the parts needed to repair my vehicle were hard to come by. Luckily Craig sourced the parts.
My car was returned to me yesterday and it had even had valet.

We were really pleased with the repairs to our car after a nasty accident. The car came back to us looking like it did before. We would have liked a few more updates as it was there for over 5 weeks but we understand how busy they were. They did their utmost to get it back to us for Christmas which we were very happy with. Thankyou Total Care Motors.

Car went in for repairs after an accident. Was told 2-3 weeks for car to be repaired. I can understand if this can’t be delivered but the communication was weak in letting me know. I had to call 95% of the time to find out what was going on. I got my car back after 7 weeks.

After waiting weeks for the car back, upon collection it wasn’t completely repaired. I even waited a few days after I got called that it was fixed as couldn’t get to the garage. The horn still wasn’t working. You would think it would all be checked before the customer collects. I then had to wait a further 3 days to receive my car.

After being told the car would get valeted, once I received the car it wasn’t very clean. I appreciate it was delivered and can get dirty during transportation but the inside was dirty. On the back of car seats, and also no plastic protection covers over the seat, steering wheel or floor.

After waiting several weeks, weak communication, not even repaired upon collection, no gesture of good will offered, other than delivering my car.
