Bought my first tabletop unit Arizer XQ2. Liked it so much have picked up another one for the cottage. Much better experience (although slower) than most battery powered units.

Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life. Placed an order May 23rd. Been given the run around since. They asked for my number may 26th and promised it would be shipped then. Nothing. Emailed again and they apologized said they ship it out today. Emailed again and June 1 they apologized again and said they’d ship it today and send me a pack of free pods. Well today June 3rd it still has not be shipped. Over a 100$ order. Will never deal with this company again and I don’t suggest any of you either. Have emails for proof!
