First i don’t subscribe to this ducking website then the customer representative Anne asked me to give 5 star and leave a good review for her to process my request so I did after several days she never contacted me and seems the ticket has been closed. Fraudulent website. Fraudulent support. CSAT MANIPULATION

Thought I was buying a storage box

Thought I was buying a storage box, once paid it then went to a different site stating I had signed up to a membership with them and further amounts would be taken, the original site I ordered from also is scam as I emailed them and the email bounced back. Contacted bank to freeze them taking anymore money but very unlikely I will get a refund even though I done a chat message to cancel membership.

Alero was there for me

I had a certain issue during my last online shopping experience on topshoezone.
After reaching their live chat support, they were replying fast actually, but I felt they didn't really understand what makes me unsatisfied.
After a short while, I was surprised by an email from a gentleman (Alero), and he really made my day :)
Alero turned out to be the escalation manager.

Well, I rarely rate websites with a 5, but this time deserves an exception.
