Thank you for addressing the issue and cancelling the subscription.

However, I would like to clarify that the subscription was not intentionally taken by me. I was completing a survey and was unexpectedly routed into the subscription process, which was never my intention.

I appreciate that the subscription has now been cancelled, but I kindly request reversal/refund of the charged amount as the charge resulted from an unintended subscription.

I would appreciate your assistance in processing the refund and confirming the same.

They're a bunch of thieves. They say they'll give you your money back, but it's not true. They ask you to leave a good review in exchange for a refund, but they don't give you anything. I hope they get cancer, the bastards.

I had an issue as it was not what I signed for, but I received a prompt reply and was informed by Jeremy that I would receive a refund.

Scamming the customer by giving them the idea that they purchased your products but the truth is, it will lead them in purchasing a membership fee.

DON'T BUY ON TO THIS SHOP AND LEAVE A ONE STAR REVIEW.
