Their service is a disaster
I ordered two product. Actually I needed 1, but I ordered a second product, so I did not have to pay delivery charges. The order was nicely confirmed and I did a message from Bpost that they are expecting a package to deliver. However, then it suddenly became quiet. I did not hear anything for more then 2 weeks. I did send a reminder via the contact form. I did not get any response. After one more week I called them, but they did not pick up the phone (busy because of covid was their voicemail). I tried calling a few more times after serveral days. Finally somenone pick up. They explained they have forgotten to hand the package over to the carrier (Bpost). Again 2 weeks further (I already gave up hope) I suddenly received a packages. However, it dit contain only 1 product of the 2 products I ordered. It's a sad story.

Awesome service!
I didn’t know Toolstation and discovered it by sheer chance.
The web site is simple and responsive. Setting up an account was a breeze.
My ordere was delivered next business day (ordered Friday, got my router on Monday). Amazing. Unheard of in Belgium.
My only nit ? I wish the web site were available in English or French but I got to pimp up my Dutch in the process. :-)
