Excellent service (when they are online)
I had ordered several times through webpage. All orders were delivered in reasonable time, very good packed and announced on time.
I am a little bit sad that their website is currently offline for maintenance.
Hope they will soon be back

My first order at toolstation .. horrible delivery
My first order at toolstation ... and they delivered only half of it ...
After a call with support team a second shipment was created for the missing parts.
My biggest disappointment is that there is no possibility to choose the courier. PostNL is really a disaster ...
They didn't even bother to deliver at home, directly to the "postnl-punt" with the excuse : you wer not at home ... which was a big lie ... Also the postnl-point is situated in a horrible location, which is almost only available on foot or with bycicle. Not easy to pick up a big packet...
So please: change to a decent delivery company: BPost or DPD

Missing items in orders
Until now, I have placed 4 orders at Toolstation.
For 2 of them, one or several items were missing. The missing items were sent after notification of the problem.
In conclusion, only 50% of my orders were "right first time". So, there is place for improvement!

Never received my package !
Never received my package ... we don't know where it is! Gls lost it! The parcel turned every day from Wednesday to the following Monday in the truck without ever seeing anyone and since Monday ... delivered but not to me !!!! I was not at and my home and could not tell me where my thermostat is! Do not order from them! 175 euros for nothing and still no refund in sight! I speak French and impossible to have an interlocutor able to converse with me! Super disappointed! I demand a refund!
