Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for work
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for work. Waited 3 weeks. Got nothing. Shoes where on hold because they had problems with the warehous.
After waiting another week I was told to order the shoes again and got my money back.
The funny part is they raised the prices of the shoes by €20. This was my problem and the call ended.
What a bussines. Strongly recommend not to order here.
Beware if using their delivery service
No stock in local branches so ordered online for delivery. All items delivered were incorrect so looks like label stuck on wrong box. Customer Services wanted me to return to a local depot to sort out but local depots didn’t have stock. They then agreed to collect and send out correct items once returned. Collection scheduled for over a week’s time so will take ridiculously long time before I receive my correct items. Appalling service!

Ordered a wc flush on the 10 March for next day collection at Darlington store. The website says wait till you get confirmation,at 5 pm phoned toolstation to ask where it was as I hadn’t received confirmation.the lady came back and said it was in store and had been since 9-46. They hadn’t sent a message to say it was in . After being in Darlington all day I had left now have a 14 mile round trip to get it . When I have ordered from Screwfix they have always been on time and notify you. This is not the first time Screwfix have done this to me. Moral of the story is if you want a cheap service use Tool Station if you require a good service and are not a cheap skate use SCREWFIX

If I could give zero I would have. I bought and paid for a Mira shower online. Took my money then later said they can't send to Northern Ireland. Rubbish. N.I is part of the UK and costs no more to post to that parts of Scotland etc. I work for a UK company that offer mail order and there is no issue sending to N.I. Delete your false misleading adds and sort my refund!!!!!
Takes money, doesn't ship anything
I have always had a great experience with Toolstation here in the Netherlands. Always good prices, always has what I needed.
This time though. I ordered online and selected delivery as I needed the product quicker than I could have got to the actual store which is about 30 minutes away. Delivery seemed better as Postnl delivers around 12noon here. I have a leaking pipe so the products needed were very important to do the job.
These people took my money, charged me on the cost, says the order is "completed", yet the "Track" button goes to a error 403 Forbidden site error. You cant track anything.
Copying and pasting the number in the is in the address bar shoes no actual tracking information for any company (seems to be DHL from universal tracking sites). They have nothing to speak of for me as Toolstation has not given anything to them.
Found out this has been a problem and they blame some warehouse moving issue. No one cares honestly, this is NOT the customers problem. If you can not uphold your shipping policy and actually ship orders (seen some people have been waiting a month now with nothing still), then stop accepting them period. This is really scammy and I WANT my money back ASAP. I Do NOT want this order as I already bought them and now I am out this €50. Please return my money.
I do not want to escalate this more as in contacting bank and claiming fraud, but I do not know they next step, as when contacting support on "toolstation.nl" I somehow get support in the UK and the cant help me and basically said sorry, bye.
Please resolve this ASAP, just cancel my order and give me my money back. Thank you

They know of a severe website issue but don't take action
Put an order in today, and after payment it came back on their website - waiting. Waited for half an hour, still didn't get any mail that my order was received, but it was withdrawn from my bank.
Phoned them and had to wait 1,5 hours until someone was able to answer. They couldn't find my order, and checked a bit more. Came back with "there is a problem with the ordering system and more people have the same issue. For some it works, for some it don't". Yeah, right, and then you don't put anything on your site, don't close it, or anything like that. You got dozens of complaints. How they proceed? "Just wait until 3 business days and most likely we'll automatically refund it. If you re-order, it might work, for some people it does". Yeah right. I'll get my stuff elsewhere. Don't like Russian roulette.

Sorry to say that you are incorrect with stating that things should work now. Tried it and exactly the same issue occurs. Stock indication at the location isn't changed, I didn't get any order number - so exactly the same.
Tried another payment method (PayPal itself instead of iDeal) and now I get an order number from the PayPal payment confirmation. However, still no order confirmation from ToolStation. Stock at the location is lowered with the number of items I've ordered.
I can understand that something goes wrong. However, this is not an "occasional" issue as you want to frame it. It happened regularly yesterday according to your customer service. And you know about it, but didn't warn or take the site offline until solved. Now you're stating it should be solved but it isn't.
Can I change the rating to -4 please?

no delivery
I've been waiting for my order for a week now and I still haven't received any information. And I don't want to spend the money again.
They lost my order and refuse to refund
Placed an order a month ago that was to be picked up a the local store. They lost it at the main warehouse and now cannot cancel my order. I have had not updates unless prompted by an email. The online service has been terrible.
After reading their response - this is the email I received after I asked to cancel the order and refund my money or resend the items:
Dear Mr. Moran,
Thank you for your response.
We understand that it is very annoying that you have not yet received the rest of your order. We are doing everything we can to ship the package as soon as possible. At this point, we can no longer cancel the rest of the order because it is too far along in the ordering process.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
As I stated, I have not received anything from this order.

Everything always procedes as expected. Stock is correct, order material in stock, you can pick it up immediately. If you order for delivery it arrives within the time described. A great shop for tools in my experience.
