Shipment was returned to sender without any attempts at delivery. Immediately contacted tonic vault and received an automatic reply saying to expect a reply within 1 hour (as it was during working hours) Monday-Saturday, but not had any reply yet still. It's a shame as tonic vault have been good in the past

For me the top company been going here for many years me and my family and friends have fantastic prices top quality and their customer service is 2nd to then any problems sort it out immediately don’t get ignored by the customer service would recommend to all

It as got a lot better with the delivrrys with no problems asthenia last time there was a big that my order went a stray in the company that delivers are orders but at the moment it's been ok for now??

1 star not due to tonic vault, due to Evri delivery. my order still hasn’t arrived. evri say they tried to deliver on the 31st but ‘couldn’t because i wasn’t at home’. this is completely untrue as i was working from home all day & did not go out. absolutely no attempt was made to deliver. i’m still waiting for my order.

I’m giving more than 1 star as I have had some nice flower from Tonic Vault and shipping is generally very fast and safe.
Unfortunately it’s clear that they have issues with consistent quality of certain strains.
Be very careful buying products they have on offer. It’s generally because they low quality or there’s something wrong with them. I’ve had 3 different batches of Bruce banner. 1st and 2nd were good, the last one (surprisingly was on a great offer) was unrecognisable to the first 2. Just not great, it’s marketed as premium indoor was no where near a good greenhouse flower.
I also bought some tropical haze (premium indoor) that was a bag full of small scraggy buds and loads of twig, not even a good example of popcorn bud.
The purple haze looks and tastes great but gave me a really bad chest, questionable if it is as organic and pesticide free as they claim.
I complained and have been offered a discount code equal to that of their normal monthly offers (40%) I was told that it will stack with any current offer already applied to my cart. This of course did not work and now I have zero communication back from them.
In short, the products are ok but if you want quality and consistency you are best to shop elsewhere.
These guys try to make you think you are getting good value for top draw flower but it’s all a bit of a sham. Shame, now I generally buy from Hemphash or direct from small farms in the US.

The flower is average but the customer service is non existent and delivery is absolutely sh!t. They don’t despatch orders in same day and courier(Evri) is sh!t, long and careless.

I've been buying from this site for almost a year now and I'm really pleased with the product. Excellent quality and there are regular deals saving quite a lot of money, I got 50% off my last order. The delivery was screwed up but that was the fault of the courier (Evri). I'll definitely be back for more.

Amnesia haze I baught didn't taste nothing like it the wedding cake tasted like soil tried

First time placing an order with Tonic Vault, at first due to reading some of the poor reviews I was a little apprehensive.
My order arrived in 3 days and the only slight issue was to do with the tracking number, I contacted the customer service and they very quickly addressed this matter.
The product was perfect, A+ on the trimming and with no added shake, and as a bonus, I received extra weight and a free pack of rolling papers!
The product was Biscotti, cured perfectly and combined with reward points and a discount code, it ended up being one of the cheapest and best quality product I have ordered!
I will be using again and I highly recommend their service and products.

Thought I would try this company again after a long time not buying off here. Turns out they are still awful In not replying to emails, states on the website if ordered before 2pm will be despatched same day..well that has not happened, really frustrating that I am getting no response!
