whats has happened to this company.was brilliant until recently, they use to send your parcel out next day. now we have to wait for a week to come if not longer. they don,t answer emails either. i will change my star when it improves or the answer the emails

Delayed Order (Worth the wait!)

Made an order from these guys on the 27th, paid delivery and heard nothing back - emailed them multiple times on enquiries..tonicvault.co.uk and the emails bounced back.

*** Update #1 - had the order confirmation sent through with a tracking number for DPD.

The email used by them has changed, this is their latest email address - info..tonicvault.co.uk

***Update #2: Package arrived today 8th (Worth the wait)…!

I have not received my order...I paid…

I have not received my order...I paid for next day delivery...tried contacting tonic vault with no luck...am waiting until the 3rd January and if I've not received anything I will call my bank and start a fraud claim... disappeared to say the least
