I wanted to buy e-vignette for Hungary on 17 June 2024. I made the payment but I couldn't get e-vignette because of an error on tollsticket website. I had to buy from another website. I sent an email but the company replied my email 3 days later, the company said that they didn't get payment. I called my bank, my bank said me to call tollsticket.com and to refund my money. I wrote another email to their customer service to refund my money, they even haven't replied my email.

if tollsticket.com is an international company, they should solve problem more easily. I don't have to write an email. The company said that an error occured If an error occured because of website of tollsticket.com, the company should refund my money urgently. I don't have to write an email to refund my money.
