Good experience & small packet

Attention, no big package, just regular mail.
I was waiting for a bigger package, but a small one arrived and sat in the mailbox for three days :-). Service so far perfect.

Customer Service has vanished and nobody cares

A classic example of an inwardly looking Company now not focusing on their Customers. Tolltickets used to be fantastic. Really. As a multi-vehicle Customer for over 14 years, Tolltickets Customer Service was exemplary…but that was then and this is now. Now, a simple query about battery life in a Tollbox tag (not covered by their FAQ) has demonstrated how far Tolltickets Customer Service has ‘fallen off a cliff’ in the last 12 to 18 months. Standard generic email responses to my email questions (in both German and English) via their ‘Contact Us’ panel leads to either no responses or more generic emails that do not address the questions raised. A complaint remains unacknowledged. A social media connection request to the Managing Director remains unanswered (no problem) but an email to the Managing Director remains …guess what …unanswered. For years Tolltickets led the way but now there is choice – there are competitors with superb Customer service, lower Customer costs and great app functionality. Net result, our multi car account is being closed as are the Tolltickets accounts of my business associates. It’s so easy to drop Customers and negatively impact a brand simply as a result of poor service. Ironically, I’m sure this review may equally generate a generic response from Tolltickets – too little too late.

Ein klassisches Beispiel für ein Unternehmen mit einem nach innen gerichteten Fokus, das seine Kunden nicht mehr in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Tolltickets war früher hervorragend – wirklich. Als Kunde mit mehreren Fahrzeugen seit über 14 Jahren war der Kundenservice von Tolltickets vorbildlich... aber das war damals, und heute sieht es anders aus.

Eine einfache Anfrage zur Batterielebensdauer eines Tollbox-Tags (nicht in den FAQ behandelt) hat in den letzten 12 bis 18 Monaten gezeigt, wie stark der Kundenservice von Tolltickets „abgestürzt“ ist. Standardisierte, generische E-Mail-Antworten auf meine Anfragen (sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch) über das Kontaktformular führen entweder zu keiner Reaktion oder zu weiteren unpassenden Standardantworten, die die gestellten Fragen nicht beantworten. Eine Beschwerde blieb bisher unbeantwortet.

Ein Kontaktversuch über soziale Medien an den Geschäftsführer blieb unbeantwortet (kein Problem), aber auch eine direkte E-Mail an ihn blieb – wie zu erwarten – unbeantwortet. Jahrelang war Tolltickets führend in diesem Bereich, aber inzwischen gibt es Alternativen: Mitbewerber mit ausgezeichnetem Kundenservice, geringeren Kosten für Kunden und funktionalen Apps.

Das Ergebnis: Unser Mehrfahrzeugkonto wird gekündigt – ebenso die Konten meiner Geschäftspartner. Es ist erstaunlich einfach, Kunden zu verlieren und einer Marke zu schaden – allein durch mangelhaften Service. Ironischerweise wird auch diese Rückmeldung vermutlich nur eine generische Antwort von Tolltickets zur Folge haben – zu wenig, zu spät.

BEWARE!!! No customer support, they don't answer to their ticket service. Also got billed, never recieved vignette and got a ticket for it

BEWARE!!!

I have used this site for at least six years, and it worked perfectly until December last year when I was billed for a Hungarian vignette, but the transaction did not go through. I submitted two tickets on their website (in both English and German) in December and again two weeks ago. I have never received a reply. I recently received a ticket from Hungary for not having a vignette.

Very unprofessional, no contact emails provided, only a non-functioning ticket service. So, if anything goes wrong, you will basically lose all your money and receive no customer support. Proceed at your own risk!
