Super service to allow the use of European Toll Dongles to be bought and used by UK customers.

They changed payment method.
Can't use single use generated card number any more and after reading reviews about unauthorized charges I will definitely not use them again.

Edit: It seems they payment went thru (shows twice in my banking app but not deducted yet) but no order shown in their site.
Site had same issues when I placed order.
Will see if they will charge me for nothing and I will update review...

Always efficient and helpful, prompt replies to emails and swift delivery. I have used their toll box for several years, never had a problem. Brilliant for solo r/hand drive Euro trips, just love beating the peage queues and that ”bing” as the barrier goes up!

used this company before with out problems, however this year the renewed my 2 products, took payment then 2 days later announced they were no longer current or supported. I complained and they offered a refund, still not had this 10 weeks later. They also said I could buy there new product, which I pre-paid. It never turned up, returned by dispatch company as address was incorrect. I had to drive in Europe with a right drive car while all the toll machines were the left. Not a great experience. I was also offered a refund on this item. Guess what, still no refund. You cant call them, they 7 days to respond to an e-mail. Terrible response and customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Very reliable & efficient.

Fairly simple process to order, prompt arrival of toll box from Germany. Obviously not used it yet so just hope it works!

Site does not make clear whatsoever which sections of the motorways actually need the vignette. They will cash-in your money and that's it. It's a win-win for them and the Austrian authorities but a let-down for the users. I paid the toll to drive a few kilometers around Bregenz : would not have done so if I had been properly informed.

Easy to use, excellent service

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with this site. On July 23th 2024, I was wrongfully charged with two additional invoices for orders I had placed and paid for back in June. It is absolutely unacceptable to impose extra charges for orders that have already been completed and paid for.

As soon as I noticed these unauthorized charges, I contacted the site through their contact form on July 23. Unfortunately, I received no response. The situation remained unchanged even after I tried to reach out again on August 1 - it is now August 7, and I still have not received any reply.

This demonstrates a total disregard for customers and a lack of basic professionalism and care. The refusal to respond to multiple contact attempts is absolutely unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression of their entire business.

I advise all potential customers to be extremely cautious and to think twice before using the services of this site. Unauthorized charges and a lack of adequate customer service are serious issues that should not be overlooked. Personally, I will no longer use this site and will warn all my acquaintances about the bad experience I had.

Having used before over a few years I have found Tolltickets very good both in delivery times and answering queries.I haven’t had issues with the TAGS which have worked well.Does what it says on the tin!

Easy to choose the right Tollticket; fair price and shipping costs. Maybe to offer more digital tickets is a must in the future. Im happy with your service.

The process to acquire was quick and easy. Communication was excellent and I hope the tag performs as well as the company has when we travel. A pleasure so far.

I have been using this website for quite some time and have been generally pleased with the service.

However, I recently noticed that my credit card was charged twice on July 23th for vignette stickers that I did not order.

I attempted to contact customer service, but the only option available was through a contract form, which takes seven working days for a response.
