Trainers was creased like they had been worn or crushed. Contacted tn town and they say it’s the way all there trainers come

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that it has led to a 1 star experience.

As explained via email, you purchased the 'Nike Air Max Plus Tn Leather Triple Black' trainers from our website. Due to the shoes being manufactured from leather, there is sometimes slight creases on the trainers due to the material they are made from which is completely unavoidable.

We responded to your email saying that if you were unhappy with the product received you are more than welcome to return the trainers for a full refund.
However you failed to respond to this follow up email and therefore we had no further correspondence from yourself.
