TN have extended and built a brand new kitchen and living space for us over the last 5 months. They have been brilliant: open, transparent, honest and have a very "can-do" attitude. We are very happy indeed with the work they have done for us and would recommend them to anyone.

Employed TN to carry out significant extension work at my property in Surrey. Between Tom, Darren and Chris the project was managed superbly. Each trade performed impecably, with great communication. We completed on time and within budget. Couldn’t ask for more!

Between late 2024 and the first half of 2025, we undertook a full house renovation with TN, transforming a 1950s property—previously extended in a disjointed and impractical way—into a modern, functional, and, most importantly, enjoyable home. The entire process went as smoothly as we could have hoped.

TN were excellent to work with: communication was clear and consistent, and they were always responsive to our ideas and concerns. They helped us address design gaps and offered objective advice to ensure our plans could be achieved in practice.

Chris, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with—always approachable and supportive, he made sure we never felt out of our depth, listening carefully and focusing on turning our ideas into reality. Tom’s enthusiasm for the project and his encouragement throughout were invaluable, while Kath provided clear and efficient guidance on the payments side.

We approached TN Design and Build to scope a loft conversion and rear kitchen extension and had what we thought were sensible plans as regards how we wanted the rooms laid out.
Paul very quickly demonstrated why our plans wouldn't work particularly well and provided us with a well thought out alternative in a timely fashion.

We used TN Design and Build to do everything for our big project (10-month long extension, renovation and re-fit). We used them for initial design ideas, full architecture and planning applications (for both extension and new build options), through to the build and fit out also. We had all sorts of tech fitted from solar panels, batteries, electric car chargers, irrigation system, smart hot water, etc, etc. The team were amazing, very professional, full of great ideas (including how we could save some money in places) and the final finish was superb!

TN Design designed a beautiful space for us. We extended 5 metres out and 5 metres across making a great open plan kitchen and dining space. From beginning to end they supported us through the process, helping working out design solutions to getting all works and planning agreed. I could not recommend them enough, a great team who will design and build you your dream house.

Having experience in new construction and renovations, it was important that I worked with a main contractor with whom I could collaborate. There will be many ups and downs throughout constructing a new property, but having a contractor who can adapt to changing circumstances and work with you to resolve issues is paramount. TN ticked all these boxes, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
