We’ve been working with TKC for around 5 years now, and they’ve been a consistently reliable partner throughout that time.

Their customer service is excellent – always responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced environment like ours.

The product range and quality are strong, giving us confidence when delivering projects to our customers.

What stands out most is how smooth the whole process is, from ordering through to delivery and aftercare.

We have been buying with tkc for 15 years almost now,We have always held a good relationship with them,Any problems that occured they always dealt with them swiftly and correctly,From us ordering full kitchens to just handles,They always seem to deliver,If there are any shortages its pretty much a few days waiting time,The staff are all fantastic,The place itself is very well managed and maintained,There new showroom is A class,Everything on show and looks fantastic,There design team are there to lend a hand with cad drawings and advice on there kitchens,Overall great service with smiles,That travel miles

Appalling experience. Kitchen is of poor quality, parts do not fit or missing and customer service is non existent. Have been misled and lied to and is costing considerable money to attempt to rectify. The kitchen is so poor our fitter has walked away. You would be better off buying a cheap kitchen from Ikea.
Terrible kitchen, terrible quality, terrible experience

Everything we need from a complete kitchen supplier. Quality and service is fantastic and reliable.

TKC have been my door and panel supplier for over 8 years.
During this time I can say with absolute honesty that they have always been a reliable and efficient supplier.
A recent incident has prompted this review, I desperately needed some parts for a kitchen that were out of stock, an alternative was available but a a greater cost which I could not meet.
Rebecca who recently took over my account (O200) from Martin, proved once again how helpful this company are , Rebecca arranged for the alternative parts to be delivered the next day at NO extra cost , this was very gratefully accepted.
Very competitive pricing and 1st class customer service has resulted in TKC being my main supplier of kitchen door and accessories for many years.
A big thank you to everyone at TKC for the 2nd to non customer service , Rebecca { Short in height } but not short in stature, has been fantastic since taking over my account.
I can recommend them to anyone interested in a kitchen door supplier.

Moving from employed to self employed is challenging, especially when the process involves re-learning everything you thought you knew.

I’ve been researching suppliers for the past few months, looking for solutions to offer my clients that are both extensive and cost effective and TKC came highly recommended.

I called into the trade counter and was introduced to Mike who gave me all the information needed to set up an account. Within 24 hours of submitting the application form, I received a call from Katie who asked me a little more about my business, told me about what TKC could offer and talked me through the next steps which I found really helpful.

Within a few days my account was up and running - both Katie and Mike kept me informed throughout the process which was great.

I was invited to visit the new Customer Experience Centre where I was able to see the products on display and gain more insight into what TKC have to offer.

The centre is absolutely stunning, well dressed and welcoming which will be hugely beneficial for both myself and my clients who are able to visit by appointment. I wouid definitely recommend visiting if you haven’t already!

After showing me around the centre, Mike gave me some brochures and asked which sample doors I need to get started. These were sorted on the spot which was great as I now have everything I need to show my clients without having to wait for deliveries to arrive.

I’m hugely impressed with the service and communication I’ve experienced so far and feel well assured that the team at TKC will be on hand to support me as I transition into self employment which is incredibly important to me.

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more from a supplier than I’ve experienced so far as Mike and Katie have made the whole process feel effortless.

The service, quality, and reliability we receive make a huge difference to our business, and at this point in time we wouldn’t choose anyone else.
