Titan is a brilliant game changer. Promising and well maintained PMR system.
The team behind it is very helpful specially NAZ. She was an amazing guide through all the setting-up process and never retain any effort to answer any questions during training process.

Naz & Atique came to our pharmacy today to train us on Titan PMR. They could not have been more helpful to us in every way, they even mucked in helping us put our orders away so that we could get on with the training

Great system, great service. One to one suppor available during implementation phase with a dedicated point of contact looking after your install. I was worried initially about not having an onsite person during intsall, but the implementation team was always on hand and available for any issues.

I heard about Titan PMR a couple of years ago and it sounded too good to be true. A contractor friend got it last year and they could not stop singing their praises. So I we went for Titan when our current PMR contract was just about to run out a couple of months ago.
Titan is a game changer for PMRs and you cannot compare other PMRs to it. It maximises the skill-mix of the entire pharmacy team and improves job satisfaction for the staff. It ensures that the right medicine (& quantity) is dispensed (scanning of original boxes) and flags up any safety issues like interaction and others. Titan frees up the pharmacist(s) time to do services and see more patients.
In addition, the Titan team are so amazing, patient, friendly and very supportive. Maj was my implementation rep and he was amazing and I could not ask for more. Saj (Sales Director) was my first contact with Titan and he did everything that Titan promised me- excellent service.
Titan is always developing their service offers and I look forward to using them for other services like NMS, Pharmacy first, travel clinic etc as they develop.
I do not have any reservation in recommending Titan PMR to any pharmacy that wants to work better (patient safety), smarter, faster, and cost effectively with better staff satisfaction.

Our experience with the recent transition to Titan PMR, which has been remarkably smooth.

Our implementation lead, Nas, has been exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial setup to the comprehensive training sessions, she has ensured that our staff feel supported and confident. Nas has been readily available to address any questions and assist with initial challenges, making a significant difference in our transition.

Having gone live just a few days ago, we are reassured by the fact that Nas will continue to offer her support for the next few weeks as we navigate post-launch adjustments.

Initially, the move from our previous PMR to Titan seemed daunting. However, by incorporating a soft launch, our team has effectively acclimated to the new system. We are already seeing improvements using this system, especially time saving as well as from the safety aspect.

We are excited about exploring Titan’s additional functionalities, particularly the repeat flow and Camascope, which will be invaluable given our work with care homes, alongside the other features it offers.

We’ve recently started using the Repeat Flow app from Titan PMR and it’s been a total game-changer for our repeat prescription process. It’s streamlined, intuitive, and fits in beautifully with the way we work day-to-day in the pharmacy. The functionality is impressive, but what really makes the difference is the support behind it.

We have been using Titan PMR for a year now and it has transformed our dispensary operations. It was steep learning curve for us as a dispensing doctors but the support from Titan has been fantastic to get us to where we are now, we are still learning to use all of the options. We would not go back to our old system. The continuing support has been great, including helping us through, change of IT support and other infrastructure challenges.

Naz is incredible at explaining Titan functionalities and I would highly recommend for any concerns or questions.

Brilliant Pharmacy System – Highly Recommend!

Switching to Titan PMR has been a real game changer for our pharmacy. The system is fast, easy to use, and makes everything run so much more smoothly from processing prescriptions to managing stock.

One of the biggest benefits has been the automation and smart workflow features, which have really helped cut down on errors and freed up more time for us to focus on patient care. The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) integration has also made things much simpler and more efficient.

Another big plus is the fantastic support team—they’re always quick to help whenever we need them, and it’s great to see they’re constantly improving the system with new updates.

Nas was excellent in our training call, and other times when we have spoken to her too. She was patient and answered our many questions and explained everything thoroughly.

We have been using Titan for approximately 2 years and the PMR system is brilliant. It is reliable, efficient and very innovative. It frees up the Pharmacist’s time to focus on services and conduct consultations whilst allowing staff to maximise the system in ensuring the workflow of the dispensary is well managed.

The transition period was very smooth and Zad was very helpful in answering any questions that we had. He was able to tailor the training to accomodate our business needs whilst ensuring all staff understood the PMR. He is always able to answer any questions and has provided the team with continuous support due to his extensive knowledge of the PMR.
